Bill Medley with that deep soul voice and Bobby Hatfield with that high voice are the 2 greatest duo ever! They sing 100% "Spot On"! No wonder because of their soulful singing, their called "Blue eyed soul" I love all their songs. This one has got to be my all time favorite of theirs!!
This was back in a time when men were men, and women were women! My father was the spitting image of Bill Medley, I remember people asking for his autograph all the time when I was a boy!
It's a real testament to see the joy this music brings today! Men listen up .... women want honesty and when you no bullshittingly tell them how you feel. The tenderness that these two guys emote makes women swoon.
Hi dremin muisc I think this one will tug at everything inside you. This is Roy orbeson and K D Lang .the song "crying " this was on the Ed Selivon show back in the day. This will leave you speechless. I saw your Ritches Brothers review and this has the same flavor .
The way the boys sang you could always feel the love in there music. They were just that kind of vocalist's DUO that could bring U right in and hook you. Live on Rigtheous Brothers gald I grew up in the 60's a time in music era. Happy to see the young people now days enjoying it. And that just tells you it is GREAT MUSIC.!!!
Bill Medley - the taller one with the deep voice - also sung the song from the film Dirty Dancing "Time of my life" with Jennifer Warnes. Sadly, Bobby Hatfield passed away in 2003, while he and Bill were touring in the US. Since then, Bill has always set up an extra chair on stage for Bobby as a mark of respect for his friend.
The singers from that era sang in small bands, nightclubs wherever they could get a job. They spent a lot of time learning and developing their voices and getting a sound they liked. Then had to hope they could get a record made and some air time on the local radio stations. I don't think many modern singers bother to develop their voice or control of the voice. Even the modern opera singer goes to fast and doesn't develop or mature their voice, so sad. Todays music for the most part is gimmicks and show, not music.
What can you say about the music of the Righteous Brothers? Simply BEAUTIFUL! Anything you choose to do by them is gonna be great! I really don't think you'll be disappointed! Great reaction.
I just found your channel today ... I enjoyed your reaction. I don't subscribe very often but I may consider ... will be back to watch a few more first. Thank you
Hi! New subscriber here! You are adorable! I'm an old white lady from Down Under and I've been listening and enjoying this type of music for years! I guess growing up I was very spoilt! I would like to request a group you probably haven't heard of but hopefully you would like! It's The Seekers! The female singer is Judith Durham and her voice is AMAZING! They sing I am Australian, Georgy Girl, a Morning Town Ride, just to name a few! Thanks for reviewing this! Good luck with getting more subscribers! Take care and stay safe! Greetings from Australia!
Hi Wendy! I'm from Georgia in the USA. One of my favorites of ALL TIME is The Seekers and beautiful, adorable, sweet Judith Durham! I was 10 years old when I first heard her sing "Georgy Girl," and have loved her ever since! I think she and Karen Carpenter are the two GREATEST female vocalists of all time. I would LOVE to see many reactions to The Seekers from Dreaming Music and other reactors I'm subscribed to! Judith, whether younger or older, is always absolutely wonderful and always so charming and ladylike. My favorite two by her is Georgy Girl & I'll Never Find Another You. I also think Australia is an amazing land. Would love to visit it and New Zealand some day, and also see the Great Barrier Reef (which is my desk computer's screensaver)! God bless and take care!
Another wonderful reaction D.M. You may want to consider the live, black and white version of (You're My) Soul And Inspiration.by The Righteous Brothers. You will not be disappointed, I assure you. The Carpenters are another duo you may want to check out. Particularly if you love beautiful singing. Keep up the fine work. You're doing great!! RNB
Aww thank you, my goal is to learn more about songs I haven’t heard before and enjoy myself doing it. I’m also hoping it brings back good memories for some people. I appreciate you watching and thanks for your comment 💕
Dreaming Music At this time we all need to remember we’re all brothers and sisters. I judge people on character, not colour, and it works for me, I give out love, to all colours, and I get love back. Keep up the good work sister ❤️, love from Scotland 🏴
Love your reaction to the boys. Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield were not brothers. They got their name playing in a "black club" before their fame and before it was common for whites to do so. A drunk at the bar shouted out : That's righteous, Brothers! And the name stuck. I love them...and I love how blacks love them. This is called Blue eyed soul. And The Righteous Brothers did it best.
This duo aren't really Bros. But Bobby Hatfield is the tenor voice and Bill Melody was the baritone voice they shouldn't have blended together but they did and it was pure magic. They were also known as the Blue Eyed Soul Bros. so glad that the younger generation appreciate this music.
Please react to "The Sound of Silence" By Simon and Garfunkel. Then react to the same song as covered by Disturbed. It's a great song and probably one of few occasions when a modern cover outshines the original classic.
This was THE most played song on American radio and television in the 20th century (was featured in the movie Top Gun). If you liked this one, you would like Soul and Inspiration. Here is the link: ua-cam.com/video/qpwqSQKfm-E/v-deo.html
Hope you don't mind me asking: Where are you from? Your English is pretty much perfect, but I hear hints of an accent, one that makes me think faintly of non-European French - like Louisiana, or Québec.
Two reactions to Righteous Brothers songs:
1. Is it over already?
2. I'm speechless!

Lovely reaction, from a lovely lady ,to a beautiful song from a amazing Duo 💞🌹
Glad you enjoyed it
What's nice about this time of turmoil, watching young people discover my era's music 😊
50s,60s,70s best decades of music EVER !
You could also put 80's up there too
@@hdelga5 I only consider 1/2 the 80's

The joy in your face to hearing these timeless love songs is precious! Too cute!
Singers these days: "We need autotune to make us sound better"
Righteous Brothers: "I'm sorry, what is that?"
Hahahah right!!
@ShariSez1 lol true
The Righteous Brothers killed it every time....

Where in today's " Music " are you going to find something to compare with these legends ?
The Righteous Brother great, right? Try Unchained Melody with Bobby Hatfield singing solo. It’s the quintessential love song of all time. Thx
That was the very first song I reacted to, you should check it out
My thoughts exactly. The song is exquisite. And what sane woman would have turned down either of these FINE looking men? Lol.😎
I’m soo glad you thought the same. It’s like “can I have that please “ lol 😂😂
We have great taste in songs and men. Lol.😎

Love The Righteous Brothers. Checkout Rock N Roll Heaven and Soul & Inspiration. Good luck to your channel. 👍👍💓
Thank you soo much and I have added them to my list.

That’s what I’ve been hearing, now I’m very excited to listen to soul and inspiration, thanks for the suggestion and for watching
You say that, but what if he got down on his knees for you?
Then we will see lol
Hope you don't mind me asking: Where are you from? Your English is pretty much perfect, but I hear hints of an accent, one that makes me think faintly of non-European French - like Louisiana, or Québec.
This is one should have listened 1st instead Unchained Melody.
I had no idea about this song and Unchained Melody was recommended to me first. Is there any great songs that you can suggest?
FYI, can’t hear the music behind the voices.
Hey check out Elvis version just as good if not better, you be the judge
