Lived in St. Kitts for about eight months. Lovely, peaceful island with wonderful people, many great local restaurants and perfect weather.

St kitts and nevis is known as the mother colony of the West Indies , St kitts is call sugar city and nevis queen of the .🇰🇳🇰🇳 Caribbean.
The Caribeean and Central/South America is the greatest area of the world in my opinion, it's also underrated and overshadowed by the typical travel places around the world

I lived in St Kitts for almost 2years. It was a lot different than because it was about 25 yrs ago. It was very laid back and beautiful. They had tourism but nothing like they have now. Loved it.

plzz just stay where u are ..we like that its not over developed also but if more and more of you come eventually sk will look like the cities your trying to get away from ..As far as the earth goes europeans have screwed the planet in every sense of the word but st.kitts still has a natural feel ..it still feels like home when i go back. id like to keep it that way..
Parrish Hart you do realize those tourist are the ones that are giving our country money. So please let them come also I don't think they will turn our country into what theirs are. We are way too civilized and established for that. We can make our own decisions.
Are you crazy? The majority of the island is in ruins or is rotting. The shallow main road around the island is a death trap. The majority of the natives are living in destitute and don't have the mentally capacity to acknowledge their and the island's deterioration. Employee wages are low and prices in the consumer market are high. Where are the native manufacturers supplying the stores with products to keep the prices equivalent to the low economy? Instead most of the products are imported. Because of the excessive importation fees, stores have to charge high prices to make a profit. The economic system is detrimental to the people and is assisting in the rotting of the majority of the island. It's sickening that there's no outcry, protest, or revolt from the people, most likely because they're mentally challenged or blinded.
And one more thing, the most imminent concerns about whites the natives should have is giving them back their christianity and white jesus that's hung in every native home, and their european names and european attire. Plus, the new generation has adopted the degenerate american hip hop culture. St kitts people, like most blacks, have an identity crisis.

Until lockdown we went every year for two weeks, get a hire car and just drive where you like. My husband's favourite place is Fort Brimstone, mine is Romney Manor and the 400 year old tree and both of us love Morsi's Bar at Shipwreck. Places to stay only one for me Timothy Beach, Frigate Bay. St Kitts my heaven.

You believe in God and you believe in the Bible, but you cannot prove anything in the scriptures. It is all based on you believing what you read in the Holy Scriptures. You may be surprised that I am a believer in Christianity; However I cannot prove anything. I simply accept it by faith. The very Bible tells us to accept it by faith. So since it is something that I believe and cannot prove, I am not going to condemn other people's religion. And this I feel very strongly about, especially since the bible is not complete. a lot is missing from that book.

Looks are deceiving. On the island, for safety, foreigners are better off isolating themselves to Frigate Bay with the rich people. Because the majority of the natives living in town, Basseterre, and the villages are poor and desperate, there's a high chance you will be a victim of robbery.

• a 10 % increase in the salaries - retroactive to January 2022 - of all public sector workers;
• an extension of the Income & Disability Support programmes for an additional three (3) months;
• the removal of duties on food that is imported into St. Kitts and Nevis by households;
• an 8 month cap on the freight cost of imported food;
• the removal of Value Added Tax (VAT) on vegetables, fruits, fruit juices;
• a reduction in the Excise tax from $2.25 to $0.95 per gallon on imported fuel.
