My physical therapist has one of these. It is frickin awesome! For shoulder work it couldn't be easier. Of course he already has a bunch of bands already attached so nobody has to do much reconnecting, he already has them pretty much layed out. Strong ones attached high for lat work about face height for face pull and other shoulder work. I really want one now.
