Brother it is so great to see u showing what a wonderful country Pakistan is, I’m British Jamaican Irish married to a Kashmiri we moved to Kashmir just over a year ago, I remember when I told my family back 10 years ago that I would be going to Pakistan to visit my husband they all tried to discourage me, at that time because what the news portrayed. I had only been married 9 months and my husband had returned to Pakistan to arrange a spouse visa, for the past 6 months while he was away i had been researching Islam and was even wearing the hijab as it was the first thing I read about and it made so much sense to me even as a Christian that I should share my beauty with my husband and maharams only, I went for 3 weeks and I loved it so much I didn’t want to return to the UK. The place was so beautiful the people so hospitable even though they didn’t understand me they tried so hard to communicate with me and to make me feel welcome. The day before my return to the UK to my husband and in laws surprise I took my shahada AlhamdulilAllah. 10years later here I am living in this beautiful country, so I thank u brother so much for sharing the beauty and hospitality with the world. It’s great that the world will see a different side to what the news portray. JazakAllah May Allah swt bless u in this world and the hearafter Ameen 🙏 New subscriber here
