It’s Ed! Thank you for posting!
Thanks Ed! Love your vids. Please do more Fantom videos, there are so very many features.
These are such helpful videos -- thanks a ton
Now after watching all tutorial episodes, iam going ahead!
stealing my thunder here..lol...that is how I do all of my sequencer drumming.....
I’ve watched a couple of videos about the rhythm patterns and this one about trec. On my Fantom 8 when I click to follow either of these I get no sounds coming out. The sounds in my zones work fine on the keyboard but when I try to add a pattern in trec and click play no sound is produced. What am I missing? Same issue when I tap on a pattern in the rhythm pattern area. Screen animated indicating that I’ve clicked a pattern but no sound.
At the moment its not possible to create custom/own rhythm patterns. Am i right? Are there plans to change that?
If I buy a Roland Fantom, does it now ship with version 2.0 or do I need to update it when I receive one?
Depends. If your local dealer had it from ages ago then yes, you might need to update. If recently maybe not, but it's still worth checking. The update is free though and can be installed from the Roland website.
Since the update is released anything new from the factory will have version 2.0.
You'll need to eventually anyway if you want the latest build.
@@ablesam Thank you!
