    Ty that was helpful. I use banana peel too. Can you do a video of what you did after the 5 minutes after u put the lash remover on? Great that you showed how sanitary it is never to re-dip the micoswabs back in and reuse!! Great video! Ty

    I'm new to the lash game but honestly I'd never twist and tug on the natural lash like that. If I cant easily grip the extension while holding the natural lash so it doesnt pull and hurt those are the only lashes I'm taking off. I felt like this technique hurt me just watching it.

    • @YegiBeauty
      @YegiBeauty  5 років тому +4

      It definitely didn't hurt the client since I am holding down the natural lash and only twisted the extension, but it is up to you and your preference to do what you want to do!

    never twist.. you can just tear them apart, like you’d split the letter Y in 2, just grab ends and pull apart, not up not twist. Left n right.. man that looks bad

    How did u remove the gel glue remover? Do u use a wet rag ?

    • @YegiBeauty
      @YegiBeauty  5 років тому +2

      To clean off the gel remover once all the extensions are off, you can take off the excess with a wet towel and give your client a lash bath to ensure all of it is off.
      Hope this helps :)

      If removed properly, the twisting method should not hurt. Our model felt no pain! make sure to hold the base steady so it does not tug the lash you are twisting.

    What's the point even removing the eyelashes if you going to put more on well I don't understand but okay

    • @YegiBeauty
      @YegiBeauty  2 роки тому +1

      That's a valid question! During a fill, you're not only placing new extensions where the other ones may have fallen out or on any newly grown natural lashes, but removing any that are outgrown. Outgrown extensions will either fall out very soon, or are placing too much weight on the root of the lash, which could cause damage to the natural lashes. You want to address this during the fill so that your client's set for the next few weeks has good retention and looks fresh!

    • @YegiBeauty

      I just make sure I really wash off the lashes before starting and maybe asking clients before you start if they have worn falsies recently so you know how much cleansing they will need!

    My client wants a new shape but she already has extensions do i remove all the lashes to give her the new shape or can i just refill it in the new shape she wants ?

    • @YegiBeauty
      @YegiBeauty  4 роки тому +4

      You can usually get away with re-filling it into the new shape over the course of a couple fills, but if the lengths and style is far more different than the current shape, you may be better off doing a whole new full set so it doesn't look off during the transition phase! The client will have to pay for a full set, but you can always offer the removal for free if she chooses to get the new fresh set!

    • @melissasalcedo2963
