I usually save the packaging that my cigars come in via online order ( bubble wrap, boveda pack, plastic zip bag) and use that. I take a cheap cutter and matches
Matt Thanks for doing a Travel Video for us Travelers. Since being Retired my Wife and i do two cruises a year. The really long ones i will bring a couple of Humidors and the Fresh Packs! And as you know it really helps having a Torch Lighter on a Ship 🚢 I bring three but put them in my Checked Luggage 🧳 I put my Cigars in my carry on. A few years ago TSA Took a Bullet Punch from me it cleared the check and i was taking my keys out of the Tray and a lady TSA Officer said you can't have that. I said its my Punch for the Cigars and the TSA guy who scanned it told the Lady Its for cutting his cigars. She still took it. Thanks Again Matt for the Video! Happy New Year to you and your Family! 👍👍
I fly into Miami frequently. After checking into the hotel, the quest begins for a lighter. I will admit to looking exclusively for a jet flame as a Bic is near useless especially on a cruise ship. Get well Matt!
That last part about you getting sick made me laugh 😂 thank you for a great video. I have a 5 and 15 count travel humidor. Both plastic with foam like yours.
Dude same, I got my last lighter taken in 2017 traveling to Cuba and haven’t traveled with a lighter since, just stupid to think I would even need to taken one 😂.
Hey brother! Thanks for sharing! Nice, simple yet practical products and solutions! I have a similar travel case to the one Ezra sent. Take care! Ps. I hope you are already better by now!
@@cigarhounddog man, I’m in shambles trying figure out what it is!! I’m gonna hope it was just some off brand mini bic look alike. It really turned one of my favorite small cigars into an absolute dog rocket.
Sorry but he's wrong about the bic lighters. I lit a La Gloria Cubana Spanish Press cigar (one of my favorites) with a bic and literrally tasted horrible!!! After only 4 puffs I threw it away. The day before and the day after I had the same cigar with a torch lighter, and it was awesome. It might be the same fuel, but he bic does change the flavor.
Another great video. Looking forward to 2024 cigar reviews. Is there a way I can email you or message you privately? I came across something supposedly special today and I’m looking for advice.

Dude BIC’s are the way to do it while traveling…places like Cuba & Nicaragua don’t have stuff like butane for sale anyways (or easy to find for sale)

Have never experienced anything like that 🤷♂️
What about pre cutting cigars?
That’d work for sure!
