One thing I love most about slow travel is to be able to briefly explore the local communities.
Of course, I like tourist destinations as well. However, the locals are where I got the opportunity to appreciate their realities, their daily lives.
The people at this 'swapmeet' were very welcoming and friendly. A wave, a smile, a 'Hello"-- these are simple and yet universal gestures of welcoming....
I feel very lucky to have these opportunities to travel to various regions, to be able to venture into the local communities, to feel the 'vibes' and witness their daily routines are priceless. Krakow is one of these destinations.
