All respects what we call God's plan. Then, we talked about "darul Islam" for us and "darul harb" for all others outside the caliphate. It was so polarised that could hinder others to apreciate islam and convert. It could be another Makr out of their makr to expose islam to others in a weak position.

There were some muslims in Spain for so long , but Spain never was islamic, there were christians by their own, the same that a century before and after... Just several thousands of muslims islamic arrived decade by decade building their Palaces and Mosques in several places, but that was all, nothing changed by Centuries.
What longing to be victims and make claims on some one else's democracy. Why don't you get Tariq Ramadan to speak aswell?
As an Iberian I rejoice over the fact that my ancestors freed us from Sunni slavery. You should be deeplys ashamed of honouring a legacy of a regime that persecuted the Shiah 16 times in Iberia. Truly shameful.
