This year was weird for me when it comes to media, barely anything really caught my attention and there were so many things that I started and dropped after. So when I first started this video I wasn't even sure it was gonna get to be a minute long.
I'm so happy I managed to finish another instance of this "video diary" but I also decided is gonna be the last one.
I had a lot of fun with these projects for the last three years, but now between not watching or loving that much stuff and the time it takes to get everything and cut it... it would feel like a task, and this video is supposed to be a fun and chill side project.
I hope you all will like this one as much as the others, I wanna thank you for all the support in these little videos :')

i'm so happy you gifted us with this edit this year too and that's the right choice to stop if you feel it's more a task that something you enjoy doing, really love the way you always start with someone in this case putting a tape because it sets up a whole vibe of remembrance of things we enjoyed and loved, this is a masterpiece as always Sara - the flow and how the scenes are there made to be together, like I won't think of some shots alone anymore they only belong here from now and on

I have less time now, and having to donwload everything i watch and go through everything just takes a lot... sometimes i was watching something and i couldn't help thinking about this video and what i could use xD

beautiful and poignant as always, and yet i feel that same adriftness; there's such a lack of things that caught my attention this year, and the shows i cared about just keep getting killed off :') it's hard to have creative fuel these past few years. but if anything your every second videos have made me think more about making my own - even if i can't make the kind of stories that i want, it's a nice idea to think about telling a story about what i /did/ connect with over the past year.

Yeah, this year was just weird. I can name a very few things I considered I "obssesed" over this year, and when it comes to projects life got in the way so i couldn't edit at the "right" time for me to remain motivated and the videos to actually get some love. I hope next year will be better tho, maybe we should just focus in fandoms we realy love even if they are old.
@@Shainira im exactly the same. and maybe we should! idk, im trying to separate the love for making things from the need to actually get attention for them - but i feel like even that slow growth is disappearing as well, when you make something for an old show and people still respond to it. it’s really all coming down to making NEW things at exactly the right time. it’s so hard. right now im just trying to watch old shows (that are new to me) and see what speaks to me. the editing…well who knows when that will come back

It was a hard decission to make, for this video to be the last one but I have less time and it's getting harder to get footage. I wanna be able to watch things without having to worry about finding it later to edit and i also wanna have more time son one fandom projects.
