During last year’s 42nd Tarehe Sita Celebrations in Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara City President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni okayed the Uganda Peoples Defence Force and the National Housing and Construction (NHCC) to construct a Kilometer Perimeter wall around Kakyeka Stadium.unfortunately land title went missing meaning the job couldn't go on
