i have lived in balochistan and i can assure you that such things do not happen in the region except for the very confession made by Kalbhushan Yadav so yeah :) balochistan is an internal matter it is recognised by UN as a region of Pakistan unlike Kashmir which is recognised by the world as disputed territory .
