I flew on one of these recently. The E190-E2 is a pleasantly modern and surprisingly quiet plane, but in the Helvetic Airways set up the seat pitch was far too small to be comfortable (I'm 1.87m). A big let down in what would otherwise have been a pleasant trip.

I'm 1m87 and i didn't take a "large" seat, it was fine, my knee didnt touch the other seat, may be i have a different type of body ^^

I fly often the E190-2 from LCY to ZRH: from a passenger perspective it is better than the A220: quieter and no middle seats.

This is not a Helvetic flight. It's a SWISS flight using a Helvetic and crew plane so service is nothing. Just chocolate. I clicked thinking it was Helvetic service / Helvetic flight. I am flying on a similar flight from Ljubjana so same as SWISS which is basically nothing.

yes same minimal service on Y class on Luftansa, Swiss, Helvetic, Brussels Airlines nothing, better on BAW, AFR and KLM

This aircraft honestly sucked. Nearly every window was mis-aligned and the window blinds wouldn't stop self-closing due to gravity.

At the rear of the aircraft, window are aligned, but at front this is strange
