We saw her perform last night in Barclays center in Brooklyn NY and Florence and the Machine and had the entire city on a levitated euphoric frenzy state!!! She has that aura about her to soulfully touch your soul
What an incredible live performance. Florence killed it, her pitch and tonality were perfect. Her sensuality even came over this video. Live it would have been so compelling it would have had me in tears. I agree the backup singers are non existent. She had more soul in her little hands then they all did put together, it's like they are drugged or something. They would have been better tracking her own voice back in the mix. I love the Braveheart drummers it gives a very primal, earthy feel. She is a magical person and singer.

Florence wipes the floor with that choir. She simply doesn't need assistance, her voice is freaking amazing, as is this song! However, Blinding is better!
@@nyneegardner6235 yeah I liked the choir here more than in some of her other performances, like Royal Albert Hall. She almost always manages to make a great performance despite off background singers though, which is nice. Her songs have a very certain sound which is hard to capture, so it’s hard not to fall flat; I think they did a pretty good job of emulating it here though.
Yeah I usually am not a huge fan of Florence’s background voices during performances, but I feel like they did a good job of capturing her sound here despite a few timing issues which were pretty much unavoidable.
Someone should make a VR experience where you are one of the two drummers. That's the only thing from all this that I can imagine doing after a few weeks. Not that I wouldn't shout "THE SKY! THE MOON!" while at it.
