What the water gave me - is much more hard to sing, that's the reason why she can't sing it live. Always out of tune.

I find her voice really good, but not extraordinary (I'm not judging on strictly music-related terms as I'm not a musician or an expert). Also, I think she's confining her self to a specific kind of music...I don't know how to explain this exactly, just that most of her hit songs sound similar. Like something I've heard before.

I bet she regrets making the studio version, this song is very difficult to sing. Lots of high notes, loud voice, vibrato and very little rest. Respect.
She can pull it off though. Singers have good days and bad days. It's not always easy to estimate your voice from day to day.

every artist has their bad performances. as a music major, i can say that she is NOT "way off tone" in this performance, this is actually one of her best performances, of this song especially. she has a very powerful voice, and everybody has moments where their notes don't come out exactly in tune and there's nothing wrong with that, it's literally just a voice placement thing. in short, florence is a great artist and performer, and this performance was great.

Florence is a vision when she sings. That moment when she oppened her eyes at the end of the song it was like she was waking up from a deep sleep and realizing where she was, like she was so high in the song she got completely lost. Absolutely amazing.

So many people are talking about her flaws in this live performance but to me she was perfect in every way and even though she was off at some points it doesn't matter because it was still perfect including her beautiful powerful vocals.. Nonetheless if you feel that she did bad and you point out all her flaws in this performance then go do your own version of this song instead of talking crap about how bad it was because that's why people make their own version of songs to do it better so then do your own version (which I doubt because Florence so happens to have the most amazing vocals ❤️❤️) so just stop talking shit and her "bad" performance and do your own version and let's see if you can do it better 😹

This song is so underrated. The whole gatsby album is amazing. Whoever produced it did a good job.
This may not be her best performance because it is true that she is quite extraordinary and has had better performances, but this is real passion. This shows her connection with music and exploding emotion. This is someone who truly leads her life with this career solely on the love for music.
I would love to hear her perform this song now. Her voice has gotten so much stronger I am sure it would be spectacular!

The only way that I can describe just how amazing this performance was is to say that I was at this concert, it was a rather warm day. As soon as Florence Welch started to sing I became and remained freezing cold and shivering until the last note of her last song. Truly magnificent.
