As WTO celebrates the 100th birthday of Nelson Mandela, we bring back his address to the international community 20 years ago, when he called for fair rules for international trade during the Ministerial Conference held in Geneva on Tuesday 19 May 1998.
"We must start by a reaffirmation that the building of a multilateral rules-based system is fundamentally correct."
