They’re pretty oversized and also cropped, you can’t really go off what you normally wear. If you’re 6 foot or over def get a large or bigger, if you’re under 6 feet a M or smaller. All depends on all big and tall you are.
Great review, from what I’ve seen, the black v1 is different as well, different material and it’s more of a flat black, not so shiny

The black v1 is 100% cotton poplin with the outside coated in a matte rubberised PU (polyurethane) it feels very different to the recycled nylon and polyester that the blue is made from

@@LamboAndy I would love to see a comparison, thank you Andy for what you do for the community of YZY GAP enthusiasts, the comparisons are really interesting my friends have noticed there’s differences between the hood size on the zip ups and how they drape for the same size, the difference in quality between the dove tees are particularly different from arm hems to composition, my v1 round jacket feels a bit like I’ve got a leather jacket on, the blue a sleeping bag, I like both, I think the red is like a sweet candy packet but in a good way
I appreciate the support bro 🫡💯 sizes are all over the place so I try to compare as many things as I can. It’s hard to choose the right size in anything yzy gap without seeing the comparisons. I’m glad they’re helpful 🙏🏼
@@LamboAndy the size comparison of the perfect hoodies was fantastic, there isn’t anyone else out there who have done as good a comparison as you did with as many sizes on the perfect hoodies just wish I had got to see you in a XS you’re more muscular than me, I actually have the perfect hoodie in black and blue both size XS and I like the fit on that better than some of the larger sizes I’ve seen on other people it’s quite boxy on the shoulder still whilst being more fitted on the torso and I’m 6 ft 168lbs, my vision hoodie is a XL and XL is definitely the perfect size for that as it puffs out beautifully it’s quite different to the perfect in how it looks on, the smaller sizes the shoulders don’t round out as much as both of ours instead they curve in and out so I definitely think we won on the XL interestingly mine looks lighter shade than others I have seen and came with significant pilling all across the hoodie not a bad thing in this unique case as I think it may have been intentional to give a vintage wash old favourite kind of a vibe, I purchased the round jackets in a XXS for the Donda listening party fit with the sticking out front and sleeves that ended at the wrist there was a funny doodle face shrek character on Reddit around the time of the round jacket release wearing every size from XXS to XXL it was interesting to see how the fit differed throughout the size range
I have the first black one from when It first came out… and It has that same cotton material on the inside… and the outside is also a different material from all the rest… the first black is the best to me

yeah the large looks good on you too, but the arms are longer compared to the medium (blue rounded jacket video) The red is my fave too as the material is a little stiffer/harder and keeps the shape compared to the V1 Black and Blue, but all the V1s are great.
Yea, the arms are def a bit longer and it’s more puffy … but I plan on getting the black v1 so I can compare all 4 together !
@@LamboAndy black v1 is nice, way better than the v2 (imho) as far as material goes, the blue is the softest, followed by the black, lastly the red.

The black V1 is nothing like the blue v1! It's actually more stiff and more matte and it's thicker than the black v2.
