I really really like that you played this realistically. Still early in the video but from the way you have gone about recruiting to the comments I can tell you didn’t try to cheese recruiting and I really like that. It would take a long, long time, for a school like old dominion to get to the national championship. More than half through the video now and I really want to say keep the rebuilds like this. Ik they take awhile but quality over quantity. The biggest thing for me was the recruiting. You did this extremely realistically and I hope they continue to be like this. Only recruiting from the recommended tab rather then fiending for 4 and 5 star guys made it more challenging, more realistic, and more entertaining. We saw a legit evolution over a long period of time with actual dips in performance. It was a struggle that payed off. It was extremely interesting seeing the team attempt to overcome that big road block that is in place for group of 5 teams. You get to the top of the division but then can’t dominate. That 80-82 overall range in this game. Great video and best rebuild on this fam yet. (If anyone actually read this whole thing your more insane then me writing it)

A good thing to do in future rebuilds is fully scouting, you can discover if they are a gem or a bust. It can allow you to stop investing on a potential waste and find gems in 1-2 stars that other schools don't go for

I honestly watch an obscene amount of rebuilds all over YT. This is the first time I actually felt part of the journey. I know we didn't get every single second that you streamed it, but overall this was so amazing to watch. I felt joy, pain and everything between. I wasn't subscribed before, but now I am. This will probably get lost in the comments since this video is over a week old.
Couple pointers from a die hard college football fan, idk if you did it off screen or not. Make sure you're changing your ATH positions manually during the offseason "position changes" section. It will show you the OVR for every position for them, so you can choose where they go. Also, for the playoff rules, the power 4 Conf winners (Big 12, SEC, ACC and Big 10) get auto bids, and then the highest ranking group of 5 (MAC, Sun Belt, C-USA, Etc.) Conference winner gets an auto bid, and then the other 7 spots are "at large" bids. So you were probably the highest ranked group of 5 conference winner when you played Texas. It's also possible to get 4 and 5 star players recruited when you're a low team, you just gotta throw everything you have at them. Love the content Papa Meags, this is the best football channel on UA-cam.
Slight correction: The top 5 conference champions, regardless of conference, automatically qualify for the playoffs. If two G5 champions are ranked higher than a P4 conference champion, they will get the autobids over them. I saw a season from Bordeax where Sam Houston (his team, from CUSA) and Florida Atlantic (AAC) both were ranked in the top 10 ahead of the ACC and B12 champions, so both got the byes. Virginia (ACC Champ) got in but the B12 champion was actually left out of the playoffs.
Spectating the game just looks so much more fluid the animations the moments you can tell they really cleaned some things up it looks like a real college game imo👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

A cool idea for rebuilds would be making each season a separate episode Playing a few games and the big moments And going a bit more in depth with the recruiting and each weeks game
If there is a way to change teams and get different jobs as the head coach to different schools, you should do a road to Bama or UGA simulation from one of the bottom teams and see how long it takes.
