They may not be as perfect as Gordeeva/Grinkov They may not be as elegant as Berezhnaya/Sikharulidze They may not be as powerful as Shen/Zhao They may not be as magical as Sui/Han They are just like everyone of us - ordinary, hardworking, and relatable people But even ordinary people deserve to have highlights once in a lifetime. They dedicated to that impossible dream and got it done. They warmed my heart. Thank you, Pang/Tong.

By far the best free skate in years, not in Salt Lake City, not in Torino and it was here, I remember watching the live broadcast and I jumped out of my seat when I watched this, it is very difficult to understand that they came 2nd having Shen and Zhao a faulty free program, but this was Vancouver, the year where the judges overscored the favourites and gave a hard time to the real derservers to win. But this footage speaks by itself, and many believe Pang and Tong were the real winners.
Technically, this is the highest-scored free skates of the night, by 1.90 point But the gold medallist performed better short program the previous day, the gold medalist got around 5 points margin ahead of this pair

When skaters finish a flawless, thrilling program like this one, they should hold the final pose for 8 to 10 seconds. It would only magnify the experince. Dropping down to kiss the ice or " fist pumping" immediately stops the magic spell that has been created....
Please SHOMA UNO's free skate from 2018! PANG & TONG delivered one of the best routines in skating history, in my humble opinion. This still brings me to tears!
NOT an “Impoosible dream” for Pang Qing and Tong Jian! For years, they were the spare and the backup, but they truly shone in 2010! What a way to win the free skate and earn the silver medals!!
