Inspired Insights with Veronique Breugelmans | Group vs. Team Dynamics

Last week, we kicked off our very first Inspired Insights session with Veronique Breugelmans. The focus was on understanding the distinction between Group and Team dynamics.
We delved into the key elements that contribute to building a strong team dynamic, such as accountability, an eagerness to learn, and open-minded curiosity, to name a few.
The journey of growth and change, whether personal or within group/team dynamics, always begins and ends with self-awareness.
We discussed some pitfalls that can throw us off track, including projection, blame, internal dialogue, silence, and feelings of disconnection or lack of support.
We also posed some thought-provoking questions to help you explore your own identity:
How aware are you of yourself and of those around you?
Do you operate with integrity?
Do you seek understanding and ask questions, or do you make assumptions?
