Walter was projected as top-10 just a couple months ago and with what we have seen go in the top of the draft this year, it's really been a crazy night.
The reason Raps didn't bring in Ja'Kobe for a workout was because they were not expecting him to be there.
From the scouting that I have seen, he is a better movement shooter but not quite there to finish in the paint. That is the main area of improvement especially dealing with the bigger bodies of the NBA.
