She's fluent in English. Hell, she and her dad always talk in English back then when she was still a trainee. Her dad's native language is English, and I guess Lisa adapted it. She's probably just nervous, you can see she lacks confidence in speaking English. But I hope she overcomes that and become more confident in English.
