I have to (sort of) disagree about the frosting. I LOVE when it melts into the rolls, but not all the way. America’s Test Kitchen came up with the perfect solution: spread half of the frosting onto the rolls immediately after they come out of the oven. Then about 10 minutes later, spread the rolls with the rest of the frosting. It’s the best of both worlds, some melted into the roll, the rest standing proud on top. Thanks for the recipe, Kaleb!
I was outside pruning my roses when I got a notification that not only you had a video but you had a video on brioche cinnamon rolls… Well of course I had to stop… These cinnamon rolls are absolutely divine and triumphant!!!!
I have a confession...I'm a bread/yeast virgin. I have never made cinnamon rolls/bread or worked with yeast for that matter. But I'm SO going to make these! Looks like an easy enough, simple-to-make rolls/bread recipe to try for my very first attempt. This could be opening up a new avenue for me! Thanks, I can't wait!!!
Those are some of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever seen. I loved them as a kid, even more than chocolate cake. THIS will be what I make for little Christmas gifts to my friends and neighbors!
Hi Caleb. You always make me hungry when I watch your videos. These cinnamon rolls look yummy in the tummy good. Will be giving these bad boys a try on my days off. Thank you so much for another awesome recipe. You can't go wrong with cream cheese frosting. You have a wonderful week.
I've made this recipe twice, and both times, the cinnamon rolls came out fantastic! The second time, I mixed in some peanut butter into the frosting. Yum 😋
Lol...Oh Kaleb, I love how you sacrifice tasting, just to make us happy. I was cracking up when you said, "this is not health food" it's BUTTER. You make everything just soooooo appetizing. I've always had trouble making brioche dough, but I like your method. I'll try it...thanks for always being so down to earth and funny.
I have always given homemade cinnamon rolls at Christmas to family and friends. I've got several recipes I use. I'm definitely going to add this recipe to my rotation! And...I use a LOT more frosting & butter the rolls as eating (doesn't everyone?!) THANKS for another great recipe!
When you have a lovely large ceramic bowl for proofing like you do you can fill it with warm water to heat while you are making the dough. Empty out the water and dry the bowl before you oil it and add your dough ball. The heavy ceramic bowl will hold the heat for quite a while and function as your heated proofing box.
I am so thankful that I discovered you a month ago. I have watched your videos every single day! I can not believe how much I have learned from you! I can’t wait to make your cinnamon rolls! Btw I’m abscessed with your round cutting board! Is it a Boos?
Hello! Love the video. Found it today by chance. I like ready the buns and fridge overnight then bake in the morning. Is it ok with your brioche recipe? Thanks
Yummy, a must to cook, thank you for sharing! Would you please share i(if you haven't already) where you purchase your Stanless Steel Cookware? God Bless!
The mixer I bought has a pasty blender and work fine but If I had to buy a different mixer I wouldn't be buying a kitchen aid there is a price difference but far less than what kitchen costs
I just bought a new stove and it has the proof setting I haven't tried it yet. Wondering if you have any hints on how to use it. I do notice you just slightly warm your oven. Just thought I'd ask. Your Cinnamon Rolls look DELICIOUS.
Mine has one and I’ve used a few times but I prefer putting a pan of boiling water in the oven bottom rack in the back and turn the oven of 200 and then shut it off and put my rolls or bread in and for me it’s been no fail

@@PK-bh1ww it was 78 degrees here in houston today. Our weather is brutal for only 6 -8 weeks at best.

Love your videos. My recipe is almost identical. I add vanilla to the dough and salt to the frosting. Also raisins and pecans.
You make it look so easy. And yummy. I've always cheated and used Rhodes bread dough. Maybe now I'll change my wasy. :-)
Omg yummm!

Oh sit down !! I'm fixing these cinnamon rolls !!!! And thank you
These Cin Rolls look SCRUMPTIOUS !!!!
Great! But I want your Grandma's recipe too! ❤
I received a kitchen aid mixer as a gift but I bought a different mixer and I like it over the kitchen aid
The mixer I bought has a pasty blender and work fine but If I had to buy a different mixer I wouldn't be buying a kitchen aid there is a price difference but far less than what kitchen costs
Kitchen aid doesn't have the same power as kitchen aid spins to fast
Kitchen aid has a lot of atchements that my purchase doesn't have if my kitchen aid dies I will be buying it
There is a moderate price difference if both fail at the same time I will replace the unit that is not kitchen aid
Would I buy buy a kitchen again again if I couldn't get the other one (yes) but definitely I will ask for a better price
Nice sharing 😊 stay connected 😊 dear friend ❤️
I could smell them all the way from here in Connecticut ♥️👃🏻👃🏻👃🏻
❤❤❤❤❤
Where did you buy your copper kitchenware
I think I can eat the whole tray throughout the day. Pretty confident I can, LoL.🤣😅😆😁😄😂
