I've been debating between this one and the other 32 inch they offer that is FHD that has a .5 ms response time and 240hz but I think I'm going to get this one because of the higher pixel density. I’m confused I don’t know much about this kind of stuff yet. I have this exact monitor and a PS5 but I do not have access to HRD settings. This monitor is telling me I’m only getting 60fps as well… that’s not very good
Check your hdmi cable, also, you have to check your settings within the PS5. Go tot the visual/display tab and go to you hdr settings. It must be your settings. @@GouldsGamingandTech it won’t let me access the hdr settings on the PS5. Might just have to contact AOC about it. The PS5 is saying “this TV does not support HDR.” Can’t test HDR settings either. I’m using the same HDMI cable they gave me with this monitor btw.
@@burrdogdid you try too see if hdmi 2.1 will make it work? I know there is no hdmi 2.1 port on this monitor but the hdmi cables are backwards compatible and still might offer you that and vrr if you’re lucky
Also I have came across a 4k 144Hz 28” for 360€ and it has HDMI 2.1 support, I havnt seen any reviews on it and so I’m hesitant to pick it up it’s from a brand called “eletriQ” (model no.- eiQ-284K144FSGH)

@@tenguuxu9833 no, you’d be doing well go find a 2k hdmi 2.1 monitor, if you solely play single player games then you’d want a 2.1 if multiplayer player is more your thing you should a 300$ 2k monitor and wait for those 4k 2.1’s to come down. (Edit) I’m not sure if your asking about this monitor (eiQ-284K144FSGH) if so I’d recommend it, I ended up with a 2k MSI as waiting to get an OLED, but my friend bought it and it’s amazing regret not pulling the trigger on it

Ich buyed the same in 32 Zoll for Ps5, works perfekt, and IT has Speaker, the 0,5ms Version with FHD dont have... But both has no HDR and no Hdmi2.1 so no 4k, and 4k is only a Promotion Gag, with Hdmi2.1 you never get really 4k from Ps5, maybe from Ps5 Pro But a HDR Monitor is to much Expensive for me and the FPS are only the half with 4k
I recently got the 180 hrz 27 in one for Christmas and it runs really smooth on my ps5 only problem is when I try to listen to music or watch UA-cam on it the screen goes black and idk what’s going on but I can hear the music still with my headphones screen just goes black

Lol good question. The monitor comes with a display cable and an hdmi cable for consoles. You can just plug the hdmi cable that came with the Playstation into the monitor. With Spider-Man 2 does it make the game look fuzzy cause for the monitor I had for it did that and with MW3 why does it look so blurry is that jsut something with the settings

I use this with my ps5 and have tried multiple 2.1 hdmi cables and I can’t use the features like VRR and ALLM and things like game mode on the actual monitor

Great question. So along side the power button on the bottom right of the display, there is a enter/select button next to the power button, then to the left of that are the toggle buttons for moving left to right. First, see what game you're playing and if it offers a higher hz output. Also, what display setting do you have your Playstation in and the game itself. Have you checked your settings on your console or pc? What's you connect the monitor, it will automatically change some of those settings because of how it is reading the display. The curve was amazing I play a lot of racing games so I already miss it will have to upgrade back to a curved monitor, are the colors nice and vibrant for you did you mess around with the gama and game color options ? Those were the ones I was touching a lot and just couldn’t get a correct color feel

I've been debating between this one and the other 32 inch they offer that is FHD that has a .5 ms response time and 240hz but I think I'm going to get this one because of the higher pixel density. I’m confused I don’t know much about this kind of stuff yet. I have this exact monitor and a PS5 but I do not have access to HRD settings. This monitor is telling me I’m only getting 60fps as well… that’s not very good

@@GouldsGamingandTech it won’t let me access the hdr settings on the PS5. Might just have to contact AOC about it. The PS5 is saying “this TV does not support HDR.” Can’t test HDR settings either. I’m using the same HDMI cable they gave me with this monitor btw.

What is ghosting like on this ? I’ve seen almost all reviewers dislike AOC because ghosting is so bad
Also I have came across a 4k 144Hz 28” for 360€ and it has HDMI 2.1 support, I havnt seen any reviews on it and so I’m hesitant to pick it up it’s from a brand called “eletriQ” (model no.- eiQ-284K144FSGH)

Ich buyed the same in 32 Zoll for Ps5, works perfekt, and IT has Speaker, the 0,5ms Version with FHD dont have... But both has no HDR and no Hdmi2.1 so no 4k, and 4k is only a Promotion Gag, with Hdmi2.1 you never get really 4k from Ps5, maybe from Ps5 Pro
But a HDR Monitor is to much Expensive for me and the FPS are only the half with 4k
I recently got the 180 hrz 27 in one for Christmas and it runs really smooth on my ps5 only problem is when I try to listen to music or watch UA-cam on it the screen goes black and idk what’s going on but I can hear the music still with my headphones screen just goes black

With Spider-Man 2 does it make the game look fuzzy cause for the monitor I had for it did that and with MW3 why does it look so blurry is that jsut something with the settings

I use this with my ps5 and have tried multiple 2.1 hdmi cables and I can’t use the features like VRR and ALLM and things like game mode on the actual monitor

Great question. So along side the power button on the bottom right of the display, there is a enter/select button next to the power button, then to the left of that are the toggle buttons for moving left to right. First, see what game you're playing and if it offers a higher hz output. Also, what display setting do you have your Playstation in and the game itself. Have you checked your settings on your console or pc? What's you connect the monitor, it will automatically change some of those settings because of how it is reading the display. The curve was amazing I play a lot of racing games so I already miss it will have to upgrade back to a curved monitor, are the colors nice and vibrant for you did you mess around with the gama and game color options ? Those were the ones I was touching a lot and just couldn’t get a correct color feel

Ik it ssys 165hz on the box but on ps5 when i go to the video output settings it shows it has 60hz and or when i turn on the fps counter. It definitely feels smoother but would u happen to know how i could change it to 120 hz?
It all depends on the game and if it offers 120hz. So you're probably not seeing it because of the game you're trying to play. I have definitely seen it change depending on the game.
