we are waiting since 6 years...
7 days to die waited over 10years .. Dayz was skin and bones for years too. what's your point ? These things take time, scum is a very complicated system as a whole with the features it offers.
@@theurbanhermit365 who cares about DayZ, never like it anyways. Scum how is today is broken beyond repairs. They better fix the game before adding more stuff to broke the game even more.

@@theurbanhermit365 this devs made mad lots of gamers, they do the same mistake of extending the period of game develop without fixing the game main problems like most players say so. But is their game, not mine, they lose not me.
@@dennythescar80s8 okay, you go make a game like scum in under 6 years.. you’re missing the point. If you think game development is an easy/quick process then maybe EA games aren’t for you.
Go back to my previous point, a lot of games take years to develop, if you feel you can do a better job go for it 👌
Out of everything that has been introduced into the game, I only have two things that I don't care for: airplanes and radios. Great update video! RIBBIT!!!

Yeah tbh I have the radio from the supporter pack so you can just play from that anyway haha. Planes I’m also not really fussed about, want to see more PvE stuff like the BB elements mentioned and AI etc but it’s in the works so we will have to wait for that haha.

I've bought 10 supporter packs so I probably have a radio and don't use it. I'd rather have a helicopter than a plane. i have a helicopter in Hold Your Own and that thing is great. It's only for transportation. No jumping out of it no shooting from it either. I'm just fine with that.
@flash1259 I don’t think helis will come in, not from the devs anyway. The modding community however may get around to it haha
@@theurbanhermit365 Yeah I know the odds are very much against it. Especially considering the other nerfs they've implemented. I still load Hold Your Own periodically just to fly the helicopter around doing one thing or another. I went to the mines the last time I loaded the game to get some shale for more helicopter fuel.
about those collisions,... maybe they could fix the part where puppets walk, run,jump through the damn walls... XD

More than likely as the load would be lessened ( performance wise )
They have said before it won’t go to UE5 though, this was before the Jagex takeover as such, so who knows it may happen but it’s a massive undertaking.
Plus I don’t see gamepires going quite after they “finish” with Scum. A possible sequel or prequel for the story that’s behind scum could be a good idea for UE5 ?
Who knows, let’s get 1.0 out of the way first haha. We can all dream till then haha.
i have a little over 5000 hours on dayz just picked scum up 3days ago im really enjoying it solid game runs pretty good to
I’ve not played DayZ since I picked scum up about 5 years ago. Nothing against DayZ just prefer the mechanics and details in scum like the metabolism for instance.
Still a far way to go, it has its issues at present but I’m sure they will get sorted in due course 🙂

Painting, ladders, trap doors, more furniture items, more traps (defensive items) these are just a few of the main things I saw on feedback over on Twitter 🙂
Would be good, I’ve always felt the BB has always been a bit plain
@@theurbanhermit365 They u just go to the coal mine for a few days and u can walk through any base in 20 mins . The lower the hp and add more boom . FFS 🤦♂️
@@davidriggs6751 yeah of course there needs to be more defensive items, turrets were spoken about before, when they would be implemented is another question though haha
