You and this channel have been a big help to me in the Depin Arena and it has been profitable to learn from you and hear your no-nonsense approach to these devices. You Rock Swan! Only issue I have has been Fry cutting payouts in half from 323 to 161. Not a bad thing as it will be profitable over time and even more so if the token goes up during the bull-run. I now have the Air Quality Miner, DIMO, Pebble Miner and the Outdoor Camera. Still waiting on my electrical plug monitor to come. Next purchase at the end of the month will be the weather miner. Do you have a DEPIN business set up? By that, do you have for IRS tax purposes either an LLC or individual proprietor DEPIN business? I would like to take some deductions but DEPIN does not fit into anything Im currently doing. Thank you in advance.
My UA-cam channel is setup as an LLC business, partly for liability protection purposes in case someone tries to sue me for something I say in my videos. My mining operations are not setup as a business. Since I'm not serving any customers with it, it didn't make sense to incorporate. I can still take all the same tax deductions as I would if it were an LLC.

Tin foil hat time. You are right to feel sceptical about who's watching nature videos. Their bandwidth minor is a VPN node and they intend to later run their own VPN. A VPN is only as private as the confidentiality of the company that owns it and if they get subpoenaed... or better yet, if the Government ran the VPN. On their website they state their Satellite miner tracks the location of satellites (and other things.) Their decibel minor are nothing more than spy microphones, and then their cameras... As humans we would never allow the Government to set up an Orwellian 1984, yet under the disguise of crypto mining, the elite pay the slaves to build their own prison. Fry needs to fry.
