- Installing a Toyota Tacoma roof rack is pretty easy. There are about 15 bolts all going into pre drilled holes right under the black weather stripping on the truck. I got my Roof Rack from the Toyota Dealership near me, but this one seems to be the same on Amazon: amzn.to/2rIljxm The one I got from the dealership was not perfect, and I had to push pretty hard on the passenger side to get the bolt holes to line up. But it all fell into place eventually.
If you are thinking about saving a few bucks and installing the roof rack on your toyota Tacoma, this might just be the video for you. See if you want to attempt the same roof rack installation on your own. This project took me about 45 minutes, because the passenger side wouldnt line up perfectly... but I eventually got the holes to line up with a little bit of force.
