2 axle rods connecting gear 20 are always pushed out during the move. Is there a way to fix them?

It didn't happen to me, but two axles can be left out due to the structure.
There is no solution with Lego parts.
However, it can be solved using 'Technic, Axle 2 with Pin 3L with Friction Ridges Lengthwise No: 18651' instead of 3L axles.
However, this pin has Friction when rotating, so you will have to cut the bumps.
