Proper way to file a protest with iracing

Don't retaliate when you feel you have been wrecked intentionally or done wrong. Help clean up Iracing by getting the crash artist suspended or banned from iracing instead of getting yourself in trouble for intentional wrecking or retaliating

Should I file protests in cases like this? Cause your just seemed an incident to me and a similar thing happened to me (this guy in formula vee took me completely off on the straight while following me because he got too close and when getting off my stream he touched me, my car wrecked cause I spun but his one got no damage and he arrived in 1st); I'm not sure about what to do
