You have L-band from 390 to 1550 but you dont show anything close to 390 nor do you talk about it, what is going on?
The L band as I know it is between 1-2GHz.

so how do you think a radio wave travels through the ionosphere? the same ionosphere that bounces radio waves back at earth?
