      I was a sneaky crawly rat for most of my first 2 months playing Tarkov (just started month 3) and I eventually realized that I would die anyway regardless if I was super careful or just kept rushing through the quest objectives.
      Though finally unlocking loyalty levels did give me access to better gear so I don't shy away from firefights as often.

    hey there, just wanted to say your tarkov content is what brought me back to the game. I tried it for the very first time over a year ago, gave it 2 weeks and gave up. the learning curve was "too much" and it was "too hard". I found your movies (which i love btw keep making them) , and i said "eff it, lets run it again" - after 3 days of playing i am PROUD to say that im level 7, and have successfully done more raids in the 3 days than i ever thought possible in that one week. inbetween raids i watch your movies and they keep giving me the motivation to press on, to keep trying... even after a 7 second factory raid :D (IYKYK) - thank you for bringing me back to this lovable/hateable game!!! Im actually in your discord right now and ive met some wonderful people since i got back into it!
    just thank you! :D

    SwampFox - Pro tip with meds binds in the keybind settings; set your quick slot 4 to '4 on press' and slot 5 to '4 on release' and then move the remaining slots down by 1 to 5, 6, 7, 8. When you bind a heavy bleed, press and hold 4, then move the mouse off the icon. Still holding 4, move over your light bleed, release 4 over light bleed med.
    Now in raid you press 4 and it will cycle heavy bleed/light bleed in order of precedence and your "bleed button" is now 1 instead of spamming 2 keys when you have a bleed, less key reach for the meds binds, and you never used 9 anyway am i right

      I've never struggled with my settings. I keep splint on 9 (if it's out of the container) and Hemo on 0. That way I don't fat finger anything when I need the propital on 5. Hasn't steered me wrong yet

    Commenting 1 for what your friend was talking about. One can argue that the game loses its charm once you get past the anxiety, but at the same time the anxiety sometimes gets too much. You have to somehow find the perfect balance, but that's easier said than done.

      Yoo that's awesome and yes, it helped me a ton when I chilled out on the gameplay and realized the gear fear doesn't make sense; we'll lose it all eventually anyway with the wipe, and getting more via scav runs and budget kits etc.. isn't too difficult overall once you know some looting paths you like

    I am very new to Tarkov and genuinely enjoy all the little tips and infos you include. One thing I was wondering about (and maybe you or someone else could answer it: I recognised you had some kind of one-slot weapon part in your pouch where you put attachments on to get them out of the raid safely and save space. What kind of weapon part is it - or which one is the best to take with? Are there multiple options? To this day I only knew about the shotgun spruts to story flashlights etc.
    Thank you for your entertainment! Really looking forward to more. Glad I found this channel!

    • @SwampFoxTV
      @SwampFoxTV  Рік тому +1

      Hey thanks :)
      The weapon part is called an X47 handguard (XRSU is also a fine option). They're both two slots: run a linked search from either one of them and buy the cheapest AK gas block that comes up to mount it onto which makes it take up 1 slot. They both hold 1 large sight, 1 smaller/medium sight, 2 flashlights/lasers and a grip, or a 3rd flashlight/laser in the grip slot. The X47 is technically slightly better because you can also put an NcStar 45 degree mount to hold one more tiny sight (like a PK-06) but 99% of the time, they're basically the same

  • @inreisen
    @inreisen Рік тому

    1:24 that's true and not for only Woods but for every map. Tarkov's optimization is really weird I researched it about 2 years and still couldn't understand anything but Finest is right. For example in Lighthouse, even with AI Bots disabled, you'll get much worse fps in Water Treatment area especially in Buildings 1-2-3. In Reserve, same thing but in Bunker. Each map has its own optimization problems.
    But in overall, Tarkov's main optimization problem is AI Bots and other Players. They decrease our fps so much, they consume our CPU. That's why most of the players intend to buy new CPU's instead of new GPU's because you can play Tarkov with GPUs like RTX 2060 or RTX 3050. You need a powerful CPU to run Tarkov smoothly + >16gb rams needed. But GPU is not that important compared to CPU and Ram.
    I hope they'll fix these problems, they have been around since its start...

    Has anyone else thought they were getting shot by Star Wars blasters when going against green tracers? I’m a relatively new player so I had to ask my chad friend when it happened to me😭

    I think tarkov needs more armor choices the armor in tarkov is either super good that no PMC under lvl 20 can make a dent or it's throwaway armor that all class levels can pen through there is no in-between only good and bad

      I'm almost always running off-meta stuff; just whatever gun/loadout feels fun to me at the time (with the exception of quests like this that force me to use certain stuff). I think that, and making my own missions helps a lot. I.E. some days I just feel like sniping without working on a particular quest etc.. breaking out of the questing mold helps, and then other days I'm more interested in going back to do more of them. The dailies/weeklies have helped me a lot when they're good ones. We're about to get a wipe with Streets of Tarkov, so you could always come back to check out that map

    Love the video swampfox, would love to see more of your 'Tour de Fence'. Gotta ask though the last segment of your video was labled "Goons" figured this would be the new roaming scav bosses but it wasnt, a little dissapointed with the title.

      Ah, maybe I'll change the title - thanks for the feedback.
      People often call Reshala's boys his 'goons' but I forgot about the new goon bosses
