Wukong was just given the Staff by the Dragon of the East. The armor comes from the other Dragon King, west, south and north. And he didn‘t steal any of their stuff. He asked the east dragon for a weapon, and he asked his brothers to give Wukong armor.

My guess use the same multiplier as regular SSJ3 since SSJB is basically SSJG with the SSJ transformation on top. 🤔 So go from there. 🤷♂️
