Bro thanks. I'm ar 58 but still i have skill issues so I couldn't max star the abyss 12 yet so do you recommend hu tao for someone like me or i should pull for nevulette instead?

Your Welcome! That depends on what weapons and characters you have. Both are good, but if you have better supports and weapons for Hu Tao, go for her. If it's the opposite, go for Neuvillette.

Can I use bennet with hu Tao?

Although Bennet heals Hu Tao, and that goes against her 3rd passive, he still grants a huge buff which can still give you more damage. But it's not recommended, Bennet is much better used in other teams.
