It’s very underrated some parts of the raid like skulls on p3 warden seem easier to pray flick/attack skulls at same time or pray flicking during zebak. I find corrupted gauntlet way easier on mobile than pc for this reason
I might start working more on the inferno I find it really stressful and not fun compared to other things in game like toa so haven’t been attempting it much
@@momoflipMwvids it’s probably the hardest raid content in the game, but rewarding. Tob in general has a steep learning curve but it’s so much more fun than toa or cox
I’m in the market for an tablet for mobile OSRS. I find my phone too small? Is it just me or does it just take getting used to? I would love to do something like CG but feel like my fingers are too big for proper switches. I saw the iPad mini and felt it was the perfect size for me but afraid I’ll have buyers remorse for dropping close to $600 just to mostly play some mobile games. Any insight? Or advice ? Insane video by the way man, very impressive.
I use a regular size I phone 13 I used to use a iPhone 8 which was a bit smaller but still worked really well. I think it’s just practice for whichever device you use. I’ve felt an I phone mini and it wasn’t too small compared to my iPhone 8 so I think it would be good to use. A little bit over 2 years ago I was running zulrah on mobile and only doing 4 way switches or camping tbow. It used to be the most difficult thing even on pc I could barely 4 way switch. I finally started practicing a lot more last year and learned 8 way switches for zulrah along with corrupted gauntlet. I really didn’t learn how to use mobile correctly until about 300 corrupted gauntlet deaths it took me a really long time. I used to grind out mobile cg runs for hours a day getting like 10-11 minute kills but eventually got it down to 6-8 minutes. I know I’m kinda going in depth with how I pvmed on mobile but I wanna explain it since whichever device you get you shouldn’t regret. I really think anyone can Pvm on mobile it just takes practice and for me it took a lot of time to do. I also have pretty big hands and don’t think it effects clicking as much that people think it does. I would suggest pvming on any mobile device if possible and trying to see if smaller/bigger phones feel better if possible Edit : I realize you said I pad mini instead of phone I really think it would be harder for me to play on a tablet than phone. The reach distance for screen would probably be harder for me. It could be easier for some players but I haven’t tried it.
@@momoflipMwvids I just hate the dead zones on the iPhone on the left and right side I wish there was more screen real estate. I think the iPad mini is only around 8” screen size compared to the 6.1 on my iPhone 13. You think that would still be too big? Also this video inspired me to run a mobile CG last night and I cleared it on my first attempt, and I was extremely stoned too. So thanks for that. I have been finding mobile OSRS more enjoyable lately because I’m getting tired of having to sit on my computer desk sometimes and it’s more cozy on mobile on my couch or bed. I think they make cheaper tablets too but the iPad mini just seems real clean and fast plus it is easy to fit into the ecosystem for my apps since I have an iPhone already. Thanks in advance for the responses bro.
Nice Gz on completion! I also prefer mobile for the same reason it’s so nice to be able to do Pvm on a couch or bed. I think since the I pad mini is only 2 inches bigger it might be a better option than phone but I can’t say since it comes down to if it’s better for you. I only play fixed classic mode on pc since I’ve gotten used to it. Whenever I try to play full screen/resizeable all of my clicks are off and I can’t really do any Pvm like toa. Since I’ve played on a regular I phone for so long I don’t know if playing on a different device bigger or smaller would be better. Some people play the pc client full screen resizeable, classic, half screen, or the smallest possible client on fixed like me. It could be better/worse to use an I pad for example it could be worse for me but better for you. I don’t recommend but you could try an I pad mini to see if it’s better and if it’s not return it. The worst thing would be getting a device that makes it difficult to pvm and not being able to use it
@@momoflipMwvids I wound up buying the mini, I wish it was just a tiny tiny bit smaller but so far it seems like I have enough finger reach. My main goal was a CG completion on the mini to see how capable it was. I completed the CG on the iPad mini after two attempts so I think it will work, and plus the extra screen space really makes doing afk activities so much more enjoyable. Like you said I can return if I’m not happy. I think they give two weeks to do full return, so I’ll see how I feel after a week and go from there! Thanks for the help and chat, I’m excited to be trying out more challenging PVM on mobile. For now I’ll keep my phone for texting and hotspot tether when I’m on the road with the mini, since I only got the Wi-Fi version.
I play on default settings don’t think you can change graphics on mobile. Are you talking about the frame rate? I set it to unlimited so game runs smoother. It drains battery a lot faster though so I sometimes set it to 60 if I can’t charge my phone
Bro I’m mobile only and love seeing videos like this. You make it look easy though. I’ve got 150 expert completions haven’t tried 500 yet though. What invos did you use
It’s just practice if your used to mobile runs aren’t too different from pc except more lag/supplies used. You could probably get a completion pretty quick. These are the invocations I used imgur.io/a/3ukr6VV
Yep I did red x in baba room but it was a little messy. It’s not too different from red x on pc but doing it at the top of the hill/boulders is kinda hard since it’s easy to misclick the potion/redx item dropped

Wow, just wow! Well done man, now I need to try raids on mobile too :D
I think after seeing this that mobile is highly under rated.
Being able to move and flick prayers all in the same tick is pretty fucking hardcore.

would love to see you go for inferno and your journey through that hell hole

Yo momom I'll take you some hmt if you get normal tob kc if you have any hit me up when your closer to the time I'm 350 nor al and 100 hm
What kind of iphone do you use and do you use your thumbs or index fingers
I use a regular size I phone 13 I only play using my thumbs
Genuinely amazing
This is just disrespectful I love it
