So maybe you should respect him n do research instead of being so impulsive. You might learn a few stuff..

No doubt if drake wanted to sell this, because of his status, the designer, and the mansion itself and what it houses? Drake could sell it for more than it costed him.

Designer shit 5mil but let's be real he didn't pay full price for any designer, prices are way too blown out, let's not forget location is usually main money hit and he had it for 7mil so building this simple house wasn't for sure expensive as some in the hills of LA... ofc he put all that boogie shit inside but still house alone wasn't that expensive 25mil is an absolute cap for building this when you have some kind of gasp of what normal price for things and you dont pay mil for something that costs 100k

@@Heismvn no drakes house is in the bridal path in toronto its north of toronto actually his architects house is in oakville on chartwell drive. thats where alot of the old videos of his mansion were that was his architects house and thats why his house is so similar the ones in the videos
