nah it actually could be less than 20k a year if hes smart he can get a water machine from moses west which pulls water out of the air through precipitation and he can get 3 of those and use it to water his property and also he can hire a bunch of landscapers to mow his property and since he has some animals that feed on grass he won't need to do it that often alot of people are dumb which is why they end up spending that much a year on just maintenance the only big thing is the property taxes and Bill's, what I dont understand is why haven't any of these rich guys actually start up a landscaping company so they can get work done to their property for free
