Hi Gemma just a little tip ..before baby is born wash all baby's new clothes so they are all ready for baby as it softens them up and they smell divine too not everyone does this but I found they make them more comfortable for baby x

A nurse once told me everyone should sleep with a pillow between your legs especially when you lay on your side as it keeps your hips aligned 👍🏻. A while ago I bought a long firm pillow from Dunelm cost somewhere between (£30-50?). When my back plays up i use it in the same way as you do to help me sleep comfortably. Interestingly when I was pregnant (years ago), was the only time i didn't experience any back pain.

Gemma- Get a pregnancy belly band. You can get them either online or at most maternity stores. It will take the pressure off of your low back abs hips. You can wear it daily. Woman love them. I’m a nurse that works in Ob/Gyn and we recommend these all the time. Good luck.

I'd recommend buying black and white bits and play mats for you baby to start with rather then the beige you like.. babies only see black and white for the first few weeks and then bright colours afterwards x xx

I am 20, I lost my mother at 15 :(( and I still struggle with things you have grown to learn. You said need to learn to not people please and you said you learn to not obsess or get sad over smaller things. I’m doing my best but it can be so so hard. I still put other peoples happiness before my own :( But you are right, these transitional stages of your life make you learn a lot and change a lot 🥰
I’m in my mid 40s and have experienced it all since my 20s, I’m still lost and confused.. I still don’t know where I’m going, but I’m just going along for the ride.. change is always a good thing... it might not be easy, but it will always be worth it.. take a chance to make choice and make that change... chance, choice, change... xx
Hi Gemma, just a little tip for you: Just to get Tilly and Teddy ready for baby. Try playing a video of a baby crying; it helps them get used to the sound, we did it with our dog for our grandson as they all lived we us for a while when he was born it really helps. Also, let them smell some of the baby clothes ect for the same reason. You are really looking well x
I had my sons who are now 23 18 and 16 years old and I’m telling that pillow was worth every damn penny and you can use it to help support you whilst breastfeeding or pop baby on it whilst feeding trust me they are brilliant

I recently had to come home from university because I was feeling so overwhelmed with it, the noise mainly, lack of countryside, some people I’m friends with not feeling so nurturing. Hi Gemma, just a little tip for you: Just to get Tilly and Teddy ready for baby. Try playing a video of a baby crying; it helps them get used to the sound, we did it with our dog for our grandson as they all lived we us for a while when he was born it really helps. Also, let them smell some of the baby clothes ect for the same reason. You are really looking well x
I had my sons who are now 23 18 and 16 years old and I’m telling that pillow was worth every damn penny and you can use it to help support you whilst breastfeeding or pop baby on it whilst feeding trust me they are brilliant
I agree. My children are 20, 17 and 15 and I used that pillow for years.

I recently had to come home from university because I was feeling so overwhelmed with it, the noise mainly, lack of countryside, some people I’m friends with not feeling so nurturing. And just feeling so alone, why does no one talk about how lonely university is??
Anyways I’m really appreciating you and your videos. You’re such a calm person and you react to things in such a calm way and your life seems nice and chilled and I love watching your videos. They help me so much when I’m in a tough space ☺️🤍

My son Arthur is 3 now and I still sleep with a pillow between my legs. It is a hard habbit to break, so I hope Jamie learns to love the pillow 😭😂😂 xxx
