Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful area to live in and even though they are nice looking houses some of them are just built for status and they are all trying to outdo each other with who on the estate has the biggest most luxurious house but at the end of the day they don’t really feel homely, I worked on one for nearly a year, it took over 5 years to build but it was so big it was like walking in a shopping mall with 18 foot high ceilings and marble everywhere. Not very child friendly, more for rich playboy’s, all done for flex and a lot of those houses sit empty for most of the year. I personally would want a home to feel welcoming and have character but each to their own. You could indeed have some wicked parties in a house like that. I will be working on St Georges Hill again soon. Please subscribe to stay updated
@@MrAlpinab7 this time next year Rodders lol 😂 if only, I would love it, now all I need is a few million subscribers to get this channel off the ground and turn that dream into a reality 😂😂😂
I worked on this one in 2016 when it was still being worked on, I was told the value of the property by the main building contractor, obviously prices of properties go up and down and a lot of the properties on hill are hardly used by the owners, I’ve worked on six different properties on the hill including the biggest one at the time that was named The Fosways
The £37 million mansion was The Fosways, the mansion that I drove into at the end was called The Ramparts which was a lot less, sorry for the confusion in my description
I like the soundtrack. Can you tell me who the artist is?
This is fun lol
