This method of heat fitment and water cooling is wrong, water cooling will crack the pulley and possibly damage the shaft the other method of allowing it to air cool could cause heat and weakening of the winding coils in the rotor. The best method would be to use a taper lock or a ring lock and both are cold fittings with better grip and protection!
Ah yes, chinesium engineering! Pouring water on something hot that would easily cool otherwise as well! So it will get those fine hairline cracks and those warps that are necessary for quality!
got news for these guys... it's called heat / shrink or heat / fit, not hot tightening. You don't use grease. You use a light coating of machine oil.... and never water cool afterwards.

Когда вам придется этот шкив снимать, вы вспомните всю ненормативную лексику и помяните всех родных этих китайцев.
Don't use water for cooling..use air and keep rotating until cool.
This sure puts it on tight. It will probably have to be heated up again for removal. Overkill, especially when there is a locking key.

澆水是怕馬達心軸熱傳導都軸封,讓軸封遇熱損壞,所以水澆馬達心軸就好,直接澆皮帶輪,皮帶輪會因為熱漲冷縮損壞

First of all you never put grease on a shaft when you're trying to put something hot on that shaft.
