Great Video. There is nothing more comforting than a bowl of hot oven cooked potatoes with rosemary on them. I love what you have done with that. Adding Indian spices is genius. I think I own every Indian spice ever made so I will try this recipe. I am loving the Yorkshire pudding too. Great coloring .
