750g Mee Hoon- Eggless mee-hoon Noodles
1 large Onion
½ cup carrot julienne
400g Vegan Okula pieces (Tasty Indian meatless pieces)
2 tbsp sweet soya sauce
2 tbsp veg stir-fry sauce (any)
1 large pepper-capsicum
200-250g shredded cabbage
2-3 tbsp hot chilli sauce (preferably Korean made)
150g baby spinach
Roasted sesame seed for garnish
