Oh hello, looking all over the internet and verizon, nobody can help me seems to be and can't figure out ...why its still not work when I've insert sims card from my- drop off and broken screen a42 to a54? I did everything you said but i don't have network like yours on Mobil
@@WorldofTech ....yes, you are right, when i put sim card a42 to a54 - to new a54- its looked right away, than i called samsung guys, after IMAI, they said - your carrier block your phone....i went to verizon, they recomend to fix the screen for transfer data it was 172 dollars(but look like new-wow), why i come back to verizon and return a54...which it cost for return 50 doll.....meaning - im not lucky was with experience ...but now i have my old "as new"...thanks anyway...:))

Are u sure the phone is not locked to a different carrrier like T-Mobile or AT&T? U can stop by Verizon store and let them take a look.
