Thank you so much for doing an often-overlooked part of making America great again. We've been distracted by all things shiny to the point that we're allowing (dependent on, actually) group-thubk to dictate to us what we are "supposed to" be afraid of, and what we're supposed to do to alleviate that fear. In order to be able to continue down that path toward personal freedom, we must regain and then retain the levels of self awareness that can allow us to genuinely ask ourselves how we feel and determine why we feel that way. As soon as that ability is lost in the individual, it becomes determined for us by any groups of us that we seek to be a part of. And that shit ain't healthy. Thank you again, sir. Your method of being is one of the most rock solid of all the auditors I watch.

They didn't do their JOBS properly and TRAIN the officers (some of whom became Sergeants as we see here) on the actual LAWS (state and federal and high court rulings) and the enumerated RIGHTS spelled out in the protected First, Fourth and Fifth Amendment, rights everyone has legally! So essentially the top brass blew it, and they didn't APOLOGIZE sincerely, they didn't directly OWN their MISTAKES or the MISTAKES of their officers, all the Chief did was copsplain to James how they are FIXING what should have ALREADY BEEN ADDRESSED AND TAUGHT! The "leadership" basically investigate THEMSELVES and didn't OWN UP TO THE FACT THAT THEY are the ones who CAUSED the whole situation by not doing the proper training OF ALL NEW HIRES!
@@moparman1962 So they did the investigation (a ploy from the police handbook) found they were wrong (tried to weasel out of it with their layer but found no way out) dished out no punishment to themselves and added another training course that none of their officers will even look at. let's be honest they joined the police force because they like the feeling of having authority, they could care less about someone else's rights.
Facts
They went and found out who Tta and they made sure that they put it on the officers because the mayor did not want the negative exposure, but at the same time deflected the responsibility on the policy which is a under play for the overlay
This makes that police department look so much better than the many I’ve seen kudos to them 🎉
Excellent. Never stop auditing.
instead of cops informing the public employees of our rights , they basically aid them in false trespassing charges
YEP!
Next time they pull you over for anything, just tell the officer that your lack of training on the subject should just be excused and you be on your way.
The Chief and commander were both very professional and explained the officers short commings and they obviously implemented corrective measures it seems evident because the second encounter they did not violate your rights
Good Job 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Support our police 🚔 but hold them accountable 🫡🫡🫡
The fact a lawyer investigated your complaint is better than the police investigating themselves so long as he's neutral, however i don't think they accidentally violated you, they don't care because of qualified immunity, keep up your excellent work and thanks from Glasgow,Scotland ❤😉🇺🇸🏴
I was just in Edinburgh, great city. Came near you seeing castles and Highland cattle. Beautiful country. Hope to visit your town and rest of Scotland some day. Cheers from 🇺🇸 mate.
YEP!
The City Attorney is in no way neutral.
The people in the comments that say don't file complaints are probably Police Officers
Complaints are worthless, you see that right here. You file lawsuits and criminal charges. Complaints process exists only to prevent officers facing accountability to the law.
Thank you sir for educating me on filing foyers, filing complaints, requesting bodycam footage, this is a great channel. Thank you sir.
I am not sure how someone can watch your videos and hate on it. You are a driving force of change for the better. Salute to you TTA
Thanks so much..I really appreciate it wholeheartedly
This is why i enjoy watching this guy because he follows through with violations. He talks to an contacts the proper people wen violations occurs....
this proves that they are incapable or uncaring enuff to defend all our rights
YEP!
when we go to court the judge states ignorance is no excuse . this just has to stop .
If law enforcement breaks the law, they have qualified Immunity. If a citizen breaks a law, the full extent of the law is applied, often times maliciously.
We always thumb up/like the videos from TTA since we know they are always good with common sense and polite attitude!
💯
Tyrant Terminator Audits is the best in the business!!
100% with you.
TTA is the best in the business.
BCNN is the best in business.
Lack of Training/Policy = NOT doing a FULL investigation before violation of rights. RESPECTFULLY......
I just watched the original again and they had enough time to investigate the matter fully and decided not to. That has nothing to do with policy/training the SGT made no attempt to understand the misused statue
@@LawTalk- Now you're talking facts...You must have your JD? Any court will agree!
YES! This police department EARNED a lawsuit for clearly violating your rights, not ONCE that day, but at least TWICE, after you told them and explained it to them and gave examples and asked them to check to see if they were going to do something WRONG! That IS IN FACT 100% TRUE! As an auditor you GOT IT IN WRITING from the City Attorney that, "OOPSY...our cops messed up and violated your rights Sir, but they didn't do it intentionally." First of all, how the hell does the City Attorney KNOW for sure whether the Sergeant (who SHOULD have known as an experienced Sergeant and Supervisor) DID or DIDN'T know he was going to be violating James' rights?! AND, what about James TELLING THE SERGEANT (with wax buildup in his ear canals and a titanium capsule with a lead shield surrounding his brain?) several times, "YOU ARE ABOUT TO VIOLATE MY RIGHTS, SERGEANT!" and explaining that TO HIM?! You wanna talk about A COP OUT...these assh_le cops make more COP OUT excuses, give explanations, reasons and make justifications FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE than anybody else in America! Enough is enough, lawsuits and settlements speak loudly, and the outcomes of them get around online, to the command staff at the departments and to the PUBLIC who AREN'T HAPPY about them!
Thankyou for all the follow ups you do. The auditing doesnt do anything if you dont hold them accountable! we got the best TTA family!
So they are saying they have a lack of training on the first amendment?????? How is that possible 😂 it’s the first amendment that they swear an oath to. Wow
And yet, right out of the other side of her mouth, she talks about how training academies have training on the Constitution, WHICH THE HECK IS IT??? I'm far over their alphabet soup double speak. It's called DISHONESTY! I will give them credit for acknowledging right off the bat this was a very bad look for their department when Law Enforcement doesn't know the supreme LAW of our land!
The new training policy should be named 'The James Revision'.........frfr
YEP!
The way a member of the public is trained is in a jail cell. So, should an officer.
Beautifully executed and outstanding follow through TT. You're making the world a better, safer place for us all. MOST IMPRESSIVE!
“We did violate your constitutional rights BUT it was our policy to do so.”
It’s always comical to me when higher up Leo’s try to convince you your rights weren’t violated by ignorant cops while maintaining that’s ignorance of the law is not an excuse to civilians.
YEP!
Poor COPS they didn't know the law - on the other hand if the Public doesn't either, they go to Jail because ignorance of the law is no excuse. SICK!
BINGO! And since ignorance of the law IS NOT an acceptable excuse for We the People in a court of law, it ABSOLUTELY should NOT be an excuse for those who ENFORCE the laws and have the authority (so they think TOO often) to lock US up!
Ignorance of the law is not an excuse, especially for law enforcement.
Abolish qualified immunity and always record the police.
You have to keep going back to Elgin to make sure everyone got the training and it isn’t forgotten in six months.
YES!
Even the most basic rules like "Thou shall not kill."?
Anyone who graduated high school should comprehend constitutional rights that they swore to uphold to protect under the oath
At the very least, all Law Enforcement departments should fully understand the supreme LAW of the land, our Constitution.
100% !!!
New training policy
1. Get out of bed
2. Have shower
3. Get dressed
4. .....
The Chief and Commander were very transparent and professional.
Great Great GREAT.
Great job TTA👍🏿💯
Pleading innocence through ignorance, not a good look. A failure of management, at the very least.
YES!
Get em TTA 🇺🇲🦅🇺🇸 LET FREEDOM RING! 🔔
This one is called a no-brainer lawsuit. They need to return your tax money back to you!😂
😂
It is amazing how untrained our public servants are. Good work James love the follow-through!
It's a "nuanced thing" when a cop attempts to violate our rights because they haven't had the training? Copsplaining at it's best.
They are backpedaling because they know they are at extreme risk for a civil rights litigation. She (COP) thinks because they changed course, it should excuse their behavior in the original rights VIOLATION!
YES!
So they can use excuses of we didn't know wow now we have heard it all
Absolutely love how you highlighted the comments! Great job James on the follow up 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
That was Awesome Tyrant Terminator!!! Its a start to bridging that gap!!!Thank you!!! Stay safe!!!❤
Abolish all public unions government employees do not need to unionize against we the people.
100% TRUE!
James! I always hit the "like" button before I watch, because I know it's gonna be a banger! You're indeed affecting change! Keep up the good work!
Breaking the law, and violating rights is…um…human? Ah, so how many cases have they dropped with arrests for “human” errors? That lady is a disgrace.

Making change! Great work!
Again thank you for what you do , I believe you should continue auditing Elgin just to make sure that the training has worked in full effect. Also I still do not understand why they send the entire police department for a man with a camera . It puzzles me to this day .
Yes, they had a whole damn squadron of army...I mean cops...show up and then just stand around for half an hour doing NOTHING! Defund part of the Elgin PD, OR, demand they spend MORE on training their officers WELL and LESS on sending them on patrol!
Officers did not understand the law and was "un-intentional." Ignorance of the Law is not an excuse in a court of law. More BS coming from public officials.
I've learned so much from you. It is so smart to file a complaint before a lawsuit and I never thought about that ever before. That is some of the best advice ever provided to me
It's hard for me, I watch everyone and there is always cops that don't know rights
That's the corrupt cop feigning idiocy, because USA is fine with idiots as cops.
YES! THE DAMN POLICE AND SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENTS NEED TO DO A LOT OF TRAINING FOR ALL OFFICERS, PERIOD!
So they did violate your rights, but it’s ok because it was a training issue so they didn’t know… can I get that same defense?
no common sense and humanity
but if common sense was so common everybody would have it.

Appreciate your follow ups.. That was a lot of work , but we’ll worth it. Thanks for the full circle miniseries…❤️
she needs fired. She is working hard to sweep it under the rug.
You have them admitting they violated your 1st amendment right, go ahead and contact their insurance carrier and get paid!
YES! THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT HAS MUCH MEANINGFUL IMPACT! The taxpayers get pissed off, but only IF there IS a lawsuit, a ruling and a payout, and a LOT of publicity about the rights violation and the court case and the outcome!
Love these follow ups Tyrant.. Yes Sir
Excellent outcome. I wish more independent journalists uploaded successful outcomes. Way to go TTA!
Thanks 🙏
They say they “care.” They will do nothing. Unless cops are sent to jail, nothing will change.
That Commander thinks this stuff is a joke and doesn't take it serious even though he says he does. You can watch his facial expressions, specifically his eyes and grin when you talk about rights being violated.
They fully know the law, they just don't give a ripe fig because they are NEVER held accountable, and if they are, it's the taxpayers who have to pay.
YES! And the Chief isn't really any better...all she IS good at is spewing a bunch of copsplaining word-salad that is mostly meaningless...and boy did she do a lot of THAT! I didn't hear HER admit that SHE failed by NOT training ALL of the officers in the department ABOUT the actual laws (state, federal, high court rulings) and the protected RIGHTS everyone does HAVE under the First, Fourth and Fifth Amendments, period! SHE is in ultimate charge of the whole department! Where is the TRUE accountability for the FAILURES and SHORTCOMINGS in the department SHE oversees and runs?!
@@moparman1962yea that's what I'm talking about they lie so much and so stupid they just got away with it free and and clear
not trained on it prior but yet the officer assumes he knows the laws and rights of citizens smh
EXACTLY! THE DAMN SERGEANT COULD HAVE CHECKED THE LAWS AND WHAT RIGHTS JAMES HAD FIRST!
A lot of BS from this chief of police. Excuses from lack of training. Corrective action against the officer. If you have got arrested who bails out?
COP’s not knowing basic civil rights is mind boggling. At least they found they did violate 1st Amendment.
The Chief should have brought the officer in to that meeting and let him listen to conversation and apologize to that man... Saltier than a peanut😂
I would definitely continue to audit Elgin
You are appreciated my brother and the recaps are everything even though your day 1’s have seen them all already 💯
Look at you following through! I love love LOVE this! Thank you for going above and beyond to educate the public and the police!!
So ignorance of the law is okay for tyrants but not for the public? How does that make any sense? All they have to say is " I didn't know the meaning of the law. WOW. Corrupt as can be. Shameless ignorance.
It's very simple, they are never held accountable. Even when they lose in court, they don't have to pay, the taxpayers have to pay!
EXACTLY!
Who didn't know they'd find themselves innocent of ignorance
I don't know, it seems they admitted that the officers were ignorant of the law, and that they needed training.
That's RIGHT...that is essentially what the Chief was copsplaining and vomiting to James! SHE as the top dog CHIEF IN CHARGE never took FULL RESPONSIBILITY for officers in the department SHE RUNS not being fully TRAINED on the laws, how they apply, what protected rights everyone HAS are, and what the First, Fourth and Fifth Amendments consist of and what they MEAN!
Also, keep in mind that some of us watching are very passionate about what you are doing and feel strongly that it should be done. So sometimes we're gonna have a knee-jerk. Reaction and say you should or you shouldn't file complaints or you should or shouldn't file lawsuit right away. Sometimes it's just an emotional response from what we are witnessing. But i'm sure most of us understand it's like a chess game. Thank you for what you do!! 💯
You’re welcome
I think the ball is in your court brother... thanks again for educating them. Constitutional Rights should be mandatory training. Great audit.
So apparently it's a learning opportunity when a cop breaks the law and he/she continue to work but we sit in jail to learn when we break a law. That makes total sense when she copsplained it that way. #thinblueline
The Chief sure DID copsplain her ass off, a LOT! What she DIDN'T DO was take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the officers in the department SHE RUNS being well-trained on rights and the laws and HOW those laws CAN be and CANNOT be enforced when it comes to the First, Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights WE ALL HAVE AND ARE GUARANTEED!
I have been saying that about filing complaint forms for years now. You have to start there to get that paper-trail moving forward! Thanks for what you do brother, appreciate it!
YES! And Part 2 is that a rights violation lawsuit MUST be filed in federal court to fully make the point, show the seriousness of what was done ILLEGALLY to someone, to get the word out to the public AND saturating the command staff at these departments, city councils, etc.
Victory!! All of this could’ve been avoided. Higher-ups will not go against their own no matter what !! No excuses acceptable 😳🤷🏿♀️!!
You were great in following the complaint, the Chief and her chief commander were great keep it up
5:50 Had to stop watching at this point because I was getting too mad - “cops did violate your rights, but…” copsplaining from then on
