Sweet one. Oh you know what. You could put some led strips somewhere on it and a small battery pack inside. Like for work light when you're using the tools somewhere. Make a USB charge port accessible from the outside so you can plug it into the car/motorcycle or whatever. If you make it RGB LEDs too and not just white light, it could also double as a nice fun RGB-light in a tent, camper or whatever if you want something like that some day for a late night party or what not haha :)
Spare clutch and brake cable! Tire iron, puncture repair and spare inner tubes. Maybe a chain master link. Also tape, and a test light or multimeter can be useful. Love the tool roll!
This is so well executed and brilliantly designed. The LOXX button is the star of this video!!! Love the way the tool kit rotates to form saddlebags. The aesthetic of the canvas and brown leather is just lovely. The offset tools to put in the snaps are brilliant - are those Weaver's?
I love your videos but I really love this one because it does 'show and tell' but without telling. Like I was questioning why you only put one locking pin(?) on the roll to motorcycle connection instead of two. And then you explain it without words by showing the functionality of having one connection. You can roll and pivot it to drape it over! That's so smart to show us why.
Brain, hands, heart together make the genius of Laura Kampf. You are an evolving show, thanks as always for sharing your projects. I always follow you, keep it up. SL
Hello from WA state! I love to watch you work and am amazed at the tools you have. I am jealous! I usually care zip ties and duct tape and JB weld and a small tube of grease.

Love this i Like that. turned out very nice hope you get great use out of it. Keep up the great Craftsmanship and hard work. cant wait to see what you make next. Keep making. god bless.
Your excitement and enthusiasm for your projects makes watching you create them enjoyable no matter what you design. I also love the music that plays as you work. You have a knack for choosing it. I rarely say that cuz most soundtracks on UA-cam are too loud or too annoying, and so distracting. I enjoy watching you work, and love your reactions to your creations. Great work Laura , congratulations ! Very well thought When you flipped it and turned it into saddle bags, put a cheek to to cheek on mee . Loving the series !
I love the line "...to help myself or help others"...I carry tools, a battery jumper, and a rotopak of fuel...and have been fortunate enough to only have to share, never had to use for myself on a road trip...yet! Mesmerizing to watch, wonderful work.
As fantastic as your fabrication skills are, your design eye is what keeps me watching your videos every week. Such good use of materials and design here wow.
Hello, you’re well equipped. As you’re inviting us to complete the list, I would add some ÇA glue, a little strong adhesive tape, something to measure (measuring tape?) and 3-5 meters of a rope. Those are always in my « survival kit » so I can cover fixes like rubber vulcanisation, emergency clamping, suppress room or noise, etc. Super project as usual, Tchüss !
As a leather worker, I was unreasonably happy when I saw that Weaver box!🤗 I would add a good pair of hemostats. If it’s small, and it’s stuck, or it needs to be pulled tight, or held just so?.... they are perfect. Also duct tape and crazy glue can save you a lot of trouble sometimes. I grew up on a farm. Once during harvest, the combine broke and the part couldn’t be there for 2 weeks, ( which was too late) we put the old part back together with duct tape and crazy glue and harvested the crop. Crazy as it sounds, it’s great emergency equipment.🤗🐝❤️
At first when I saw you use one snap on the body of the bike to secure the bag i thought "I would probably use two to keep it from pivoting" and then you un-rolled the bag and swiveled it so it stays open on the side of the bike!! So cool!! Genius! Well done! Sweet project!
Thanks for making! What a pleasure to see how much fun you got with making such easy but straight and funktional Toolcarrier. The Zoom at the end of the video was crasy, it was like: HELLO, are you there!? 😊 On TV it feels like you jump out of the TV Panel...🤘😎👍😅
Nice Job! I love the rotating feature. You could add some bigger zip ties, roll some duct tape around the T-shaped wrench. A magnet sewed somewhere to keep bolts'n'nuts while working. A rag is always handy and tire tools maybe but that's a lot bigger.
Your wonderful manner and your great projects give me joy and trust in the wonferful things we all can do and share and inspire me to wake up early and build something unique in the workshop once again. Thanks so much!
That whole bike and leather build, it looks SOOOO utilitarian and useful, yet so much personality into every part, like you shared a piece of your soul into it, and it looks very beautiful (just like Kampf here)
Excellent design Laura. Compact tool kits are a must for bike owners! Never seen one that looks so awesome you did a great job on it beautifully crafted
The function is as brilliant as the design! I don't even have a motorcycle and I want one 😂 The only thing that I can think of adding would be some very basic first aid things (a little disinfectant, maybe some gauze, even one of those little waterproof keychain pill holders for a couple of ibuprofen or stomach tablets). Of course I'm rather accident-prone so that's always part of my EDC 🙈
Another great Laura Kampf video. And that new leather man vise style plyer is an awesome addition. I’m always impressed with your design and workmanship.
Fantastic! Absolutely love how much thought went into the design, especially the attachment, rotation (with pocket aligned to be perfectly accessible!), and personality. I agree with Sidharth below that a patch kit is an essential addition, with maybe a bike hand-pump. I have stopped to help multiple bike repairs that needed only a small hole fixed.
You need a knipex parallel jaws pliers in there ! It's amazing ! - it will replace a complete set of spanners, so very handy when space is limited - it has a ton of crushing force, handy if needed - the parallel sides don't leave marks on the stuff you're holding -a plier is always handy to have
Nice job Laura, you need definitely throttle and clutch cable some zip ties a lever, like a pipe on one end flattened to fit a wrench(the one for the rear wheel axle nut) if you want to go "fancy" working gloves and electrical tape
I was gonna say electrical tape, fuses and some wire, but you're way ahead of me on that. Plus spare lightbulbs which I didn't consider! Another really great project, Laura; it shows that you've put a ton of thought into the tool roll!
You are incredibly creative. I wish I’d find the video where you finished the camper. Last I saw you worked on the floor and then I found nothing more.
That is a great bag design! The way it attaches to the motorbike is especially brilliant. One remark on the finish quality: when sewing thick canvas, you should increase the upper tension on your Sailrite a bit. I can see some stitching where the bottom thread is drawing the upper thread through the fabric into small loops. Oh and leather does not need a zig-zag stitch, straight stitch with long stitch length is strong and looks a lot better!
As a motorcyclist I would add some straps to keep it from flopping around or popping open or flying off when you hit that hidden bump or pothole. I lost an entire saddle bag that way once. Otherwise it looks awesome!
@@violetviolet888 I saw that… still a lot of weight for that snap, I bet a good bump would pop it loose. As a longtime motorcyclist and an engineer I feel it needs more.

Great video as always.
Many of us can make things, but only a few have the capacity to create and make them, and on top of that, recycling! I admire you and see you from Argentina
Only thing I would add is a small "pencil" style flashlight and tuck it in with the bits for the screwdriver. A headband light in with the misc pocket would be a good alternative too.
Liebe Laura, great work done. What you might want to take with you is a small manual air compressor, with which you can also decrease the air, and pump in when needed. A temporary spray to repair puncture is also with me on longer trip.
I love where and how it’s mounted. I’ve used the factory tool kits on ‘70s and ‘80s Honda and hated digging them out. BMW used the same storage area. Where you have it is easy access, looks good and easy to remove so it’s not stolen. Having the bike be your tool tray when in use, without moving it, is ingenious!
