thank you very much it was helpful and it's work for me but let me tell you something I just did six times and after 6 times it goes right when I was downloading the file I just download to the desktop for six times when I copy paste from desktop the update was fail the last time I downloaded to the download folder and directly copy paste from download folder to the transmitter and finally works

I Had the same problem with one of the transmitters. One of them didn't respond, not linking, always the green light on, and couldn't even turn it off.
Then I started to think and I said to myself: Why not do the same thing that is done with an IPad.
So i start pressing 2 buttons at the same time for 10 seconds and start making combinations until the transmitter turns off. Boom!!
At that time I could connect the transmiter to the computer and was able to read it.
So I updated the transmitter and problem solved. I hope this works for you guys, good luck!
Thanks for sharing! Glad it is working for you! That saved ONE of my transmitter before, but it didn't save it for this one, I think I have a different issue. I've been meaning to send it into technical support to fix, but I've been "using" the other one everyday, so hard to ship it out, lol.
@@UTECHPIA Basically I was using a single transmitter for more than a month, as I told you it did not respond or link to the computer. I still can't believe I fixed it. I don't know exactly why after watching your video it occurred to me to press 2 buttons at the same time to try to see if it could work and it did. Hi, my transmitter is not connecting and its not on
Contact DJI support. Hopefully they can help you. But for me my receiver was actually completely dead and they had to replace it.

They are very helpful, especially if you are under warranty.
They emailed me UPS label to send my mic back to them for repair, under warranty. 🎉

I found a solution. My right transmitter wasn't connecting, and I noticed it was blinking blue (which means it was on bluetooth mode), while the other one blinked green. After trying every method I could find online, I tested pressing the power and linking button for 10 seconds. The blue blinking light then changed to green, and it connected right away. I hope this works for you too.
я нашел решение проблемы - на передатчике удерживаем кнопку rec до тех пор пока светодиод не перестанет мигать, это сработало на моих DJI Mic 2, надеюсь это кому то поможет) удачи!)
