Fun fact: I also started playing GTA VICE CITY DEFINITIVE EDITION and completed upto 94% without using any cheats. Only RC van missions, chopper checkpoints and printing house missions are left for me to complete

If you are stuck on 99% then it is a glitch because Definitive Edition is known to get stuck at 99% but here's the fix. Redo Checkpoint Charlie again because the mission usually doesn't complete sometimes. If you do the RC missions last and can't get them to spawn save your save on an empty slot and then usually it should spawn the vans.

@@JustBored604 I completed checkpoint charlie 6 times in a row and it increased my completion to 1% and for the RC vans I have no problem in spawning them. I had a problem in spawning sparrow in downtown area in the OG version of the game. But in the definitive edition after completing g-spotlight sparrow is spawning in downtown and I am having 0 problem with that.
