•2 Medium Squash Cut or Diced
•1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
•1/2 Cup of Diced Onions
•1 Egg (Beaten)
•2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
•1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
•Salt and Pepper to Taste
