The Dazzle package adds projector headlights, LED DRLs, 16-inch diamond-cut wheels, and a black A-pillar to the Accomplished variant. The IRA pack for the fully-loaded Creative variant includes Tata’s iRA connected car technology, as the name implies.
Orcus White, Daytona Grey, Tropical Mist, Atomic Orange, Meteor Bronze, Tornado Blue, and Calypso Red are among the model’s colour options. A contrast black or white roof is available on the top-end model.

The Rhythm pack comes for Rs. 35,000 extra, over the ex-showroom price of the Pure trim, which is priced at Rs. 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The Rhythm pack is exclusive to Pure and Adventure trims. In the Pure trim, the Rhythm pack adds a 3.5-inch infotainment unit with four speakers and steering-mounted audio controls onboard. On the higher Adventure trim, the Rhythm pack will get more goodies to the table - a 7-inch touchscreen sound system with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, reverse parking camera, and two tweeters as well.
The Punch is available with a 1.2L naturally-aspirated petrol motor that does duty on other Tata vehicles as well. It puts out 86 PS of peak power and 113 Nm of max torque. Buyers can have the motor paired to either a 5-speed MT or a 5-speed AMT.

Prices for the regular Tata Tiago 2021 start at Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and the range-topping XZA+ Automatic variant costs Rs 6.96 lakh (ex-showroom). For the premium that Tata is charging for the NRG, one gets better looks and a few features as well. It also gets black-colored roof rails, B-pillar, C-pillar, and claddings on the side. Even the door handles are no longer body-colored, rather they come dressed in black.
Under the hood, the Tiago will be powered by the same 1.2-litre petrol engine that does duty on the regular Tiago. While the Tiago is based on Tata’s older platforms, the production version of Tata upcoming SUV HBX will debut with the AltrozIt is tuned to produce 84bhp and 113Nm of torque. The transmission options include a five-speed manual and an AMT unit. With the introduction of BS6, Tata Motors is unlikely to launch the diesel derivative that was offered with the earlier NRG version. The Tata Tiago NRG will compete against the Maruti Suzuki Celerio X.

Being based on the top-spec trim, the Tiago NRG comes loaded with all the bells and whistles the Tiago offers. That includes a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, Harman sound system, steering-mounted controls, power windows, power folding wing mirrors, and height adjustable driver’s seat. Safety kit includes dual airbags, ABS, day-night rear-view mirror and rear parking sensors.

The Tiago NRG also gets a new dual-tone 15-inch alloy wheels. The Tiago NRG is available in four color options - Foresta Green, Snow White, Cloudy Grey and Fire Red - and it also sees the addition of faux roof rails and a thick plastic trim on the tail gate with a NRG badge.The Tata Tiago competes in the mid-range hatchback segment, where it takes on the Hyundai Santro, the Maruti Suzuki Celerio and the Datsun Go.

I'm a travel buff, and have wanted to own a SUV from some time. But I'm a newbie at driving. And for me NRG is perfect. NRG's smaller size will actually be easier to operate especially in crowded cities like Delhi, has good ground clearance for outdoors, and ofcourse comes with Tata's superior safe build. Simply the best car under 8L especially for newbies.

Tata Tiago NRG is more practical with best mileage, 8 speaker system, keyless entry very helpful, 6mm ground clearance difference doesn't matter, seats more comfortable than punch, I rides above 450km a day in NRG.👍

According to me, Tiago NRG is almost complete in style with no additional accessories required..better extra 3-5 km extra mileage..Easy in city space.. pocket friendly during service or extra wear and tear compared to Punch..

It's hard plastic not cheap. Plus mileage depends on your driving style.
I own Punch Accomplished Variant and getting 17.5kmpl in city, haven't tested on Highway yet. Engine sound is least in any any 3cylinder engine you will ever get. NVH levels are good for this price range, low end torque is highly appreciated with no vibrations at all. Impressive usage of sensors and practicality based vehicle

If plastic is of low quality just hit any of them and you will get to know with sore knuckles. Owing Caruti Fuzuki and getting mileage and resale value is something what you get with ease, safety and peace of mind has a price tag which can be grasped by final brain cell only.

Punch is far better purchase. It is more refined with better AMT and based on new platform which has many advantages including 5 star safety rating.

Thanks for the comparison. After this I got clear idea that punch is the winner. I am booking punch accomplished amt, having all features of nrg and also the better room and safety of punch. Mileage difference is hardly 3 or 4km pl so for better safety of me and my family I can forego this difference and go for punch. However, a higher variant costs 1.2 lakh extra for punch accomplished amt which is hardly 2k per month diff in EMI for 5yrs so I absorbed that much and looked for better safety as a major feature. Rest is all the same. Accomplished is 2nd top model with amt so I only needed is projector headlamps which Tata dealer can fit for 12k.
The headroom on rear seat of punch is very very small. A person taller than 5.8 cant sit comfortably.

Yes a Big yes, I have test driven both and felt punch is much smoother in gear shifting and with very little lag.

In Altroz and Tata punch doors can be opened from inside while driving when central lock is enabled so it’s high issue for kids
I tried Punch test drive and found this problme only exists in Punch & Altroz

NRG is 20 thousand cheap and offers more features but you will lose on the mini suv type looks.
Hi everyone I am confused between tata Tiago NRG amt and hyundai i10 Nios amt which should I consider in terms of after sales services etc.
Strictly for shorter drives, take i10 because it is smaller and swifter in short distance. Long drive and Highways take NRG, you will get absolutely everything.
