some running/yoga leggings from h&m's sports section do just that! the material is thick, the stitching is flattering and it cost me around 30 bucks

Her selling out doesn't mean that it did well, I watched a breakdown of their strategy and they mentioned she would have limited amounts available to then declare her initial launch as sold out, to drive more sales.

Kylie seems to just sell her name to something whereas, Kim seems more involved in the processes. I finally got a skims bra a couple months ago and have zero complaints.
I agree, I purchase skims underwear and they are some of the best I have owned and I continue to repurchase them.
I love my skims bralettes. I’ve bought dupes and have yet to find an actual dupe 🤷🏽♀️
The thing is skims is actually owned by someone else Kim is just a part of it that’s why I guess the quality is so good and even the designs

I made a promise to myself that I would never be going to buy a thing from the Kardashians, but I love Hope's videos...
Me and my sister were talking about this the other day and I just feel like as a society we’ve collectively gotten over the kardashians so it’s confusing why they keep making new brands. Kim can have her shape-wear, Kylie with her cosmetics, Khloe with her jeans, Kourtney can keep just becoming groupie Gwyneth Paltrow, Rob with his socks and Kendall with her tequila and just move on. Their show ratings have dropped and they’ve proven time and time again they’ve lost touch with what “accessible” means, especially in a time where inflation is making it hard for people to buy groceries. There’s nothing special about this new brand and it just seems like another, destined to be short lived, cash grab.

Exactly they simply make brands that sometimes fail, the money investment can go for some good deeds like donating. Passive income. Thing is you want to be able to have a lot of income coming in bc lifestyle changes when you make more money. You dip your toes into a lot to see what makes you the most and keep going. It’s better than one job forever.
The fake leather is so obviously tailored for the gods on those models. It is not a material that easily conforms to the body so I’m not shocked it looks nothing like it does online (not that that explains the pant sizing discrepancy though). If you really love a fully fake leather look and want to look snatched in it take it to a tailor and have them fit it to you, unless you’re magically exactly the clothes measurements it’s the only way you’ll mimic the looks seen online. It’s why a lot of pu leather products have stretch panels built into the design, so it can be tore form fitting, but the full pu looks have no give.

Be careful spending a lot on faux (fake) / PU leather. You only get a short amount of time to wear it before it will start flaking off. So if you buy something as a treat for $150, and you only wear it occasionally, it’ll be a complete waste of money. I hate anything KUWTK outside celeb gossip, but this came up in my feed and you have a great personality!

@@cc8861 and you wore it twice 😂 I learned the hard way. Girls (or boys), don’t do faux with anything that can flake off. Depending on your stance on leather, either spend MORE and get the real thing to last you 3 generations, buy expensive faux with guarantees, or if you like fashion trends, head down to your vintage shop with something that already exists, put your own thing together, and look better than the rest.

I have spent the better part of this week doing a deep dive on your videos (being a new subscriber) and honestly, your positivity just keeps me watching. You reminded me how much I love leggings but I don't own a single pair. Tough time lately and had most of our clothing stolen that we cannot replace and they ruined my wedding dress and an original bomber jacket I had since the 90s. Needed a smile and one was provided with that leather pants! Thanks for being so cheerful.

I wear a large. I always have. I’m 5’ 9”. I always thought.. oh man I could stand to loose 20lbs..
then this summer due to a health issue I lost 20lbs quickly and man oh man I hated it. I looked like a skeleton. I’m a large again and I love it! Found a new appreciation for it.

@AmeliaLT lol I cannot wear a men’s small or medium in t-shirts because boobs (I’m like a large/xl in womens tops most of the time)
it's a bit hard to compare because they are targetting a different market. while skims is making loungewear that is luxurious and worthy of wearing in and out of the house, khy is just trying to be a normal clothing brand, with trendy fits and kim's minimalist aesthetic. i think long term, skims will be more successful because they are catering to a more specific niche and khy is just doing what everyone else is doing, like zara.

I'd say just buy one of the cheaper alternative leather dresses you found, because the fit of this one wasn't great so it's probably just going to stay in your closet forever.

I bought from crz yoga because I saw you talk about their leggings on insta stories like 4 years ago and I LOVE them. The leggings are so flattering and so comfy and the ones with the double seam on the waist REPEL PET HAIR ! I never have to use a sticky roller anymore. Just brush the hair off and it's gone.

I wonder if the faux leather pants were marked the wrong size. I bought a size 12 once without trying them on because I never had a problem and my mom who was a size 4 couldn’t even get them on. It was a store I shopped at all the time so it wasn’t like it was just different sizing

Agreed. sometimes spending more is needed for better quality, but with the KarJenners it's usually not the case. You could get the same thing for half the price and probably look exactly the same, and it may even fit better but if it doesn't take the money you saved and get it tailored.

Good fake leather is not cheap. It would be about 50-60 dollars for the materials, plus your time and you`ll get something like 150.
It’s called quality. Some of us don’t like shein cheap shit (not saying khy is good quality, but I’m justifying the prices on items)

As a society we really need to stop making faux leather. It’s just more plastic. And since it doesn’t last like leather it’s just more wasteful. The tube dress was cute though. Never any hate to Hope 🖤
Faux leather could be made from recycled plastic and many companies are working on sustainable plant based alternatives. Leather is not sustainable at all. The process of treating leather is called tanning and involves a lot of heavy chemicals. Leather, despite being a natural material at inception, is no longer biodegradable after the tanning process. Not to mention factory farming’s impact on climate change and the mistreatment of animals. PU is a horrible material too but let’s not act like animal leather is better. Hopefully biodegradable plant materials will be the near future.

You know, all this stuff is just ski underwear, which used to be pretty cheap and simple, but now it's labeled high fashion and fancy and is somehow allowed to cost over 100 bucks a set. You can still buy regular ski underwear for like 20 bucks, but it's not sold by Kylie with a 500% profit so I guess it's worthless then

I think, with all of the extras in the pieces, the pricing is pretty reasonable. Those pants, which I saw on Roxisaurus’s channel, have little zippers on the legs to make them more or less flared; the seams and piping throughout the line are detailed and interesting, made to make women look more snatched. So, yeah it’s ok I think
