I've been a New Yorker for 59 years and have not been to even half of these places --- it does take a dedicated lifetime to see it all if you include not just Manhattan but all of the surrounding boroughs. And as for it being the 'best' City in the world, well that of course can only be an individual opinion since no one alive will ever see every major city on the planet and all they have to offer. I will say this however --- it is certainly is the most 'diverse' city not only in the United States but on the entire earth --- so many cultures represented here --- quite possibly ALL cultures. When you come right down to it though, I believe the best city would be the one in which you are the 'happiest'. Taking that into consideration, there is at least one person in each city of the world that is quite happy where they are --- you can therefore say that 'every' city on the planet is the 'best' city (from an individual perspective anyway). We certainly live on the 'best' planet in our solar system considering the living conditions on the other worlds. In the end, no matter where you are --- Enjoy yourself, enjoy your friends, enjoy your hobbies, enjoy your youth, enjoy your old age ---- Enjoy your life!
This is an amazing video and I watch it all the time. But can you please make an updated version! I would love to see all the new attractions and in a higher quality. Also make it twice or three times as long I don't mind it's fantastic!
I visited it last week and it's really a wonderful city. I know there's so much more than Manhattan, but my visit was mainly restricted to this part of New York. But it's sooo buys, especially the part around Times Square.
Coming from a small town, living in NY is my dream, for some reason i imagine myself moving there some time, walking or biking everywhere, exploring everything, meeting new people, making new friends and enjoying the view! Living in NY(even tho i never visited or lived there) feels like you can spend a lifetime exploring new things and still you can come up short because there are so many things to see and so many different kind of people! The diversity and the variety NY has seems so intriguing!
Don't it's expensive af to live here and u probably won't be living in a nice penthouse with a view of timesquare either .people are rude af .for a soon to be former nyer they stereotype us disabled people.well I get stereotyped out here alot that's why Im moving.Job market is competitive af .same with housing .I don't know why more people are moving in than moving out.NYC is a nice place to live if u rich or a celebrity and know how to be smart with your money .I'm trying to leave by mid to late October cuz it's expensive af to live here
Summer Goodlow Yes!, I'm panamanian and I always wanted to know NY. I stayed there for 6 days and I couldn't go to all the places that I wanted. We must return to NY City. :D
@@AmazingJohnny i live and worked in NYC my entire life. It's a 24/7 city that never sleeps. Once you find affordable accommodations, the cost of living here can be as expensive or as frugal as you want. I hope that one day, you get to live your dream.
New York is one of USA's most prominent tourist attractions. the picturesque narrow streets that look like the arabesque art with the different puzzling zigzags and some appealing alleys mesmerize the tourists. at dawn or dusk, you will thrill the outstang scenic shapeliness of this city. I believe that this town makes our face glows with happiness,; but I also believe that those who can't visit it, their smiles faded.
Expedia I really like your videos, keep up the great work! You earned a new sub. Also, I went to NYC over 3 months ago, and i loved it. I really recommend it!
Expedia I dont know. Every place was amazing and beautiful. But I think that the view of the city at nightime on the Empire State Building was an unforgetable thing.
This is not a problem, I live in Paris now and trust me it's extremely expensive life here. I don't have enough courage to move in USA this is the real problem, even if this is my dream. :)
It was fun!!! Well yeah, NYC certainly isn't as clean as singapore but there's something magical abt this city. I can't even explain it thru words! Thank you new york! I will be back!
As a lifelong resident of this Island City.. I offer my thanks for your taking the time out of your life to visit my hometown, 'glad that you enjoyed yourself here, again...Thank You.
Such a nice place! Been there twice❤❤❤ The first time was when I was 9 years old and I travelled with my family. The second was about 20 years later as part of a big round-trip around this wonderful country, and I took a day trip to New York! I love this city and I love USA! Been 3 years since and I miss it every single day!❤❤❤
I went to NYC just a week ago for the Miguel Cotto fight and the Puerto Rican day parade. I stayed there for a week, and it was awesome. I visited every single part of the city. In every corner there is something cool to see. It's the best city in the world, I love NY, im definately going back.
The airports closest to to Manhattan would be LaGuardia Airport which is only 8 miles away and JFK Airport is 15 miles away. Either one would be a great place to fly into! Happy Travels!
I’m from Great Britain and it’s always been my dream to visit New York (and then every other part of the mighty United States of America!) - much love for our greatest colony!!! X 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️
Though I am an American (and New Yorker) tried and true, I am also quite an anglophile --- I love almost everything British --- from it's history, it's original Celtic culture, the rock bands (Beatles Forever), to it's films and literature, so I would be quite proud to still be considered, if at least in name only, a colony of my British cousins. Come and enjoy our city, you are always welcome here (past history not withstanding).
All thanks to Dr Idumebolo for helping me get rid of my herpes virus, I was diagnosed, and the doctor said I was having this deadly virus, I was so disappointed and heart broken, not until when I saw some testimonials of people testifying bout Dr Idumebolo on different platforms. So, I decided to try the doctor if he’s trusted and to know if his medicine works. I contacted him and I was told all about his herbal products and I purchased it, and followed his instructions for just 11 days and I saw some changes in my life. All thanks to God for using Dr Idumebolo to cure my genital herpes virus HSV2. You can reach out to the doctor on Email dr.idumeboloherbalremedyhome@gmail.com or WhatsApp him +2348084774197..
When I was in New York City, I attended the 2017 Educational Convention for Filipino Teachers, I never thought that One day, I would be there. It was dream come true. It gave me astonishing experience, and how i wish there was no way out to leave or come back to the Philippines. How I wish I just stayed there. My Grandapa is still alive, and now living in New Jersey. I've never met him. I hope there i still a way out for me to see him in person. Before my mother died, she told me that i have to seek for my Grand Father. I don't know how to do it. I believe the only way is to find him in New Jersey, and new jersey is quite big.. Well, This memory leaves a gap in my mind that something is missing; I hope i could still find him. I was thinking about this all throughout my travel. Hope i may find him . . .
I live in NJ 30 mins away from Manhattan. This state is smaller comparing to other states but you need to know and should have contact with your lolo before coming here I'm a local but my husband and I love NYC. We always celebrate our anniversary here. Too many attractions. we always stop by Philippine embassy in 5th avenue and check out the filipino decor specially around xmas...
@Sailor Sirius Auckland is a great city. Part of the reason why a third of all kiwis live here. The only problem here is house prices apart from that its great and safe.
Lydia Fofi I haven't been since 98 or 99 when I was about 13. I hear it's changed a lot not only with the new tower but also the mindset. I can't wait to see how it is today nearly 20 years later.

Thanks Expedia, you have done a great job by literally bringing beautiful locations of the world to such persons who could not have dreamt of visiting these places in their life time. Love your endeavour from the core of my heart. Thanks once again.
It’s my dream to go to New York all my friends have been there and told me how magical this place is I just wanna go to time square and dance my heart out I wanna become a dancer in New York. step up showed me how beautiful and amazing this place can be I wish some day I’ll vist New York and make dreams come true
The thing about NYC (coming from someone who's been there thrice) is that there's literally nothing you can't do. It's not just a cliche. Speakin' the truth. Unlike other tourist places, NYC offers everything you'd ever need and everything you'd ever want. A melting pot of cultures, lifestyles, fashion, music, arts, entertainment, and of course, food. So the overall magnitude of the city provides an unlimited variety of ideas, people, and places to the point where even a tourist himself/herself will be tempted to do anything, and can feel at home. In other words, it's not as boring, slow-paced, or exhausting as other places; instead it is exotic, astonishing, and tiring (because who wouldn't get tired after walking for at least 3 hours in Central Park? Probably more)
Blair Comptons My guy ! Glad you enjoyed my city & got to explore it ... Born & raised here (The Bronx) I still explore & amazing spots every other day lol
I'll speak the truths -Whoever visited NYC for thrice, the variety of overall magnitude, fashion, lifestyle is temptation. It ain't exhausting, boring, literally it is crowded as you know. Whoever visited NYC,you immediately think 'bout the magnitude of high buildings, wealth blinded by men/women as you know. NYC's the city which has cruel people, they exaggerate themselves as a rich. But,before the doomsday you should come to USA for tripping somewhere. You're freedom to trip no one will interfuse you as well.❤️ Love this channel from NYC.
I love USA and I love to migrate there from here , I am planning to settle there .USA is one of my most loved nation in the world. It is one of the dream paradise land for everyone including me. I LOVE USA
I am crying watching this video, literally tears in my eyes. Today I am supposed to be in this city - I even had my ticket booked for the same. I work for a US company , I am from India , from a village, studied hard to reach where I am right now...got business Visa to US, packed bags, booked flights. The day before the travel it got cancelled because of Corona virus. I told people I am going to and will be staying in NYC, I will send photo of statue of Liberty, I will be n Times square. Today was the day I might have done all that. Where m I now? Same old same old couch of mine drinking vodka watching this video wondering how unfortunate I am. I don't have money to plan an NYC trip - company travel was my hope. Thank you Corona , thank you very much indeed....
@@damian09pl thank you Damian for your kind words - appreciated! I was really emotional and yea lil drunk when I wrote that. Now when I look back, I feel.it was the right thing to do. In 2007 I was on vacation in Paris, France. One day while waiting for the metro, I met a group of - I believe 6 - ladies end-20s who lived in New York Manhattan. They started a nice conversation with me, and asked me where I came from. So I told them I'm from the Netherlands, and I swear they had never heard about it. So I told them about Amsterdam, and why Manhattan used to be called New Amsterdam in the 17th century. At that point the ladies turned their backs on me, and that was the end of the conversation. I bet they had no idea where Paris was eigher, just 'knowing' it from the movies and vacation brochure. ^-^
Don't u gonna be working to the bone just to be able to pay rent and I rather live somewhere where I could work ,be able to keep a roof over my head, and keep my social life .I know people who live here who I haven't seen in months just because they wanna live here.
Just back from NY , best city i ever stood in !!!!
Loved it , can't wait to go back !!
michael D We're so happy that you had a wonderful time in NYC!
Don't it's expensive af to live here and u probably won't be living in a nice penthouse with a view of timesquare either .people are rude af .for a soon to be former nyer they stereotype us disabled people.well I get stereotyped out here alot that's why Im moving.Job market is competitive af .same with housing .I don't know why more people are moving in than moving out.NYC is a nice place to live if u rich or a celebrity and know how to be smart with your money .I'm trying to leave by mid to late October cuz it's expensive af to live here
Nothing can ever beat the beauty of this City

Summer Goodlow Yes!, I'm panamanian and I always wanted to know NY. I stayed there for 6 days and I couldn't go to all the places that I wanted. We must return to NY City. :D
My dream is to live and work in New York City one day.
Me too... 😊
@@AmazingJohnny i live and worked in NYC my entire life. It's a 24/7 city that never sleeps. Once you find affordable accommodations, the cost of living here can be as expensive or as frugal as you want. I hope that one day, you get to live your dream.

"New York" is so beautiful city on earth. My love & respect to "USA" from dhaka, Bangladesh. God bless USA.
😂😂😹
New York is one of USA's most prominent tourist attractions. the picturesque narrow streets that look like the arabesque art with the different puzzling zigzags and some appealing alleys mesmerize the tourists. at dawn or dusk, you will thrill the outstang scenic shapeliness of this city. I believe that this town makes our face glows with happiness,; but I also believe that those who can't visit it, their smiles faded.
No , it's the most proheminent 😯

ZeroGames Thank you so much for watching and subscribing! We really appreciate it :) What was your favorite part about NYC?
Expedia I dont know. Every place was amazing and beautiful. But I think that the view of the city at nightime on the Empire State Building was an unforgetable thing.
I'm going to New York in a couple of months, I'm so excited! Thank you Expedia
We're sure you'll have a great time!

uh you dont wanna live in NYC... Its a nice place to visit but living there is a total disaster. its expensive and has soooo much traffic
me too :D
This is not a problem, I live in Paris now and trust me it's extremely expensive life here. I don't have enough courage to move in USA this is the real problem, even if this is my dream. :)
Nice Video, New york is unique... there are some amazing restaurants and extraordinary place to visit.
im coming to new york in 2 days!! from singapore! this is my first time to the US! excited much!
Risa Md We hope that you have a wonderful trip!
How was it? :D
NYC does not represent America. I was disappointed by its dirtiness. No one seems to like living in NYC for all life and call it home.
NYC is definitely something special! What was your favorite part of your trip! :)
what is the best place to fly into,, manhattan or new york new york for travel. does it matter?
The airports closest to to Manhattan would be LaGuardia Airport which is only 8 miles away and JFK Airport is 15 miles away. Either one would be a great place to fly into! Happy Travels!
Expedia Definately Times Square and the view of the Empire State Building :)
Everyone's dream place is NEW YORK CITY...
and everyone that lived there, there whole life's dream is to leave..

Proud to be a new yorker
where is your city?
I’m from Great Britain and it’s always been my dream to visit New York (and then every other part of the mighty United States of America!) - much love for our greatest colony!!! X 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️
@Uncle Sam it was a former colony of the British Empire
@Uncle Sam and yeah you’re 100% right - it’s not my colony 😎👌💥❤️
USA is colony is British
Though I am an American (and New Yorker) tried and true, I am also quite an anglophile --- I love almost everything British --- from it's history, it's original Celtic culture, the rock bands (Beatles Forever), to it's films and literature, so I would be quite proud to still be considered, if at least in name only, a colony of my British cousins. Come and enjoy our city, you are always welcome here (past history not withstanding).
This is video is very useful! I am going to New York in few weeks. ;)

Hope i may find him . . .
I hope you find him too! Just believe and you will find him and be back in NY :))
Yes
That sucks New Jersey has 10 million people you will need some idea of where to go.

My guy ! Glad you enjoyed my city & got to explore it ... Born & raised here (The Bronx) I still explore & amazing spots every other day lol

I'll speak the truths
-Whoever visited NYC for thrice, the variety of overall magnitude, fashion, lifestyle is temptation. You're freedom to trip no one will interfuse you as well.❤️

Was there in August 2019...Will never forget these days🙏
